Wonderful hotel, very good breakfast, great beds. Dinner that was included in the package was somewhat minimal. Changing of dishes was possible.

The hotel itself was friendly and the staff was friendly and the facilities were satisfactory.

Nice, with the fact that the parking costs are 12.50 and when checking out they find that the previous employee had won or calculated 0.10 how we wanted to pay this. I found a bit of nonsense. Furthermore, a top breakfast and everything pretty neat.

Good hotel, Friendly staff. The shower wasn't very powerful but otherwise the room was clean and reasonably sized. The restaurant isn't brilliant but not bad either. The breakfast buffet on the other hand is spectacularly good! It's location is also very good. Next to the train station and very close to the city center.

Room was good, nice and quiet, nothing too special. Was able to fit 4 people in the room which made it very affordable. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, 12.50 for everything you could ask for.

Short walk from the central station, staff are pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable, didn't try the breakfast due to sleeping in, but there's a supermarket even closer to the station open 7 days a week does good pastries in the bakery section

The hotel is close to the station and you can also easily explore Leiden from the hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds good. Breakfast was well taken care of.

No cold water in my room. 464.Also, despite claiming to be open till1 am the barman went home at 12.10, without telling customers.Shoddy service.I won't be in any hurry to use your hotel again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to friends or business colleagues

Clean rooms, but slept on side of station and rooms were not well insulated. So sleeping without earplugs was not recommended .. noisy !!! Unfortunately.

Upgraded to a business suite free of charge. Room very comfortable and spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Well located for the city centre and rail station.

I am here for meetings more often. Everything is neatly arranged; within walking distance of Leiden Central and behind the building you can also park some cars.

Reception is friendly. The rooms are okay. Neat, clean, nice bathroom and a good bed. Don't miss a coat rack and the cushions are a bit too thick. Breakfast very good and very varied, only downside is that the orange juice is not fresh. The food in the restaurant is very good, fast and friendly service, only the checkout went a bit awkward. All in all a great hotel in a good location for a good price.

Great hotel at the train station and a few minutes walk from the center. Breakfast was tasty and extensive. Dinner had a great price / quality ratio and was excellent. We enjoyed!

Great hotel, 2 very big negatives:
The noise all night long from the busy traffic road in front of the hotel (only in front)
The rooms are way too hot, ours all night long by 25 degrees! Not fresher to get, not even with the window open at the back.

Conveniently located and very comfortable. Similar to a Marriott in the states. We stayed you visit Keukenhof Gardens, which is wonderful when in bloom. The hotel is also very convenient for tour Leiden.

Clean and simple, this hotel was a good place to spend a few nights in Leiden. Though the shower wss tiny, the room was decently sized, and the staff was friendly.

Very nice place, walking distance to the center. Room clean and comfortable, big enough bed with little bit too soft matraces, however acceptable. Heating easy to adjust. No minibar available, only small empty fridge. Breakfast very nice, offered since 7.00, with fresh vegetable, fruit and smoothies as well. Free welcome drink. Very nice staff.

Fine. Nothing wrong with it. We only found out that when we checked in for hours, we might have been a little cheaper if we had booked directly with them.

Nice and check hotel. In the morning you can have a nice and extensive breakfast at the hotel. In the evening you can eat in the restaurant which is also delicious. I believe the bar is open all day

Nice room. Dinner was tasty. Proseco as a start for the food was a bit of a shame, we shouldn't have done that. Proseco was very expensive and did not like the taste.

We are in Leiden for a few days and are staying at Golden Tulip Leiden Center. The hotel is located next to the central station and close to the center in an ideal location. We are well received and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The room is a bit old-fashioned and may need some modernization. The room is clean and tidy.

A very nice hotel, excellent restaurant and a fine room. But unfortunately the iron in my room was broken. They told me they would replace it but they didn't. Therefore I had to wear a wrinkly shirt on Sunday.
