Great service and good product. My format stop for car sound gear!

Very helpful people. Even though I have not yet bought from them, they have always been willing and happy to answer my enquiries. I will definitely give these guys any business I can.

I had a new system installed in my Ford FG Falcon Ute. I contacted them through Messenger on Facebook and they replied quickly. I told them what I wanted and the genres of music I listened to and they put together some options. I wanted a tight and clean sound, but not something for competitions. We then spoke by phone to iron out the last details. I had the install done on Saturday morning, with two people working on the car together. When I came to collect the car at the agreed time, they kept it for another hour to try different sub and box options - this impressed me, as they cared about the sound, rather just getting the job done with the first product that was agreed upon. The result is nothing short of SPECTACULAR. I am hearing things in music that I haven t heard before. I bravely wound the volume up to see where the sound quality falls apart, but had it louder than I could ever stand it and it was still super clear. What also impressed me was that a customer popped in asking about an install for a camera and the salesperson did it on the spot. I had very high expectations about service and sound quality and these were very munch exceeded. I can t rate them highly enough. Other places didn t listen, pushed certain products and flat out lied. Not these folks.

A family owned and operated car audio store that has been on the Gold Coast for almost 30 years. Offers great service and competitive prices whilst always doing what is right for the customer.

Went there to get a reverse camera put in my work ute. Ended up buying a alpine touch screen, new speakers and a sub. The system pumps. So so happy its good to go somewhere and the people there really love what they do. It shows by how much effort they put in to show u every possible option you can have for the budget you have. I Highly recommend !!

Found their install satisfactory but after that their back up and explanations of how to utilize the dash cam and apple play head unit was not good. Would not go back.

Very happy with my new head unit. The team were very helpful in ensuring the functionality of the unit worked as advertised, working out some connectivity kinks. Plus after some slight damage was done to my dash during installation, they quickly arranged for it to be repaired - can't even tell it was there anymore. Thank you for being helpful and the great customer service.

Couldn t be happier with the result, look no further if you are after someone so assist with your car audio solutions. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and a master at his craft. Had originally installed a sound system with sub, amp and speakers that sounded awful and just couldn t understand why so it turns out the tuning was all wrong by the original installers. Paul was patient and shared much of his expertise in this field where my sound system finally sounds the way it should have. Will definitely be back for future cars! Thank you again Paul.

yeah I'd use somebody else too, these guys pay little regard to your car's electrics and are quick to blame the car for their below average care during installation and repairs; try someone else who wants way less money

I am very pleased with GCCS's workmanship and service. Paul, the manager of GCCS was also very helpful in recommending future addons and installation to my Ford car.

I had a massive speaker upgrade (and dash cam install) done by the team yesterday on my new Suzuki Jimny. Having driven from the Northside of Brisbane to the Bundall store on the Gold Coast all I can say is totally worth it! The install looks amazing and sounds even better. Honestly was so glad I had a long drive home just so I could spend more time in the car enjoying the much improved sound.

Special shout out to Marty and Gareth for making sure everything went to plan, and making sure the components selected worked in together and fitted in perfectly in such a small space.

After sales service is awesome, they know their work. Would highly recommend them.

No car is complicated for these guys, re wired my AMG in no time. Now enjoying upgrade to latest Android head unit. No one on the coast had any idea how to install the unit in a AMG

I ve Trusted GCCS for many years with all my car audio, which has included 4 daily drive cars and two 1950 s Classic Chevrolet s. Whenever I ve had an issue with a speaker not working or any issue, they were very easy to deal with and were very quick to fix the issue. I recently had Paul and the team install a new Apple Car play unit to my car. This also included a USB port hidden under the arm rest and a reverse camera. The experience was excellent and despite the fact that initially the surround for the head unit didn t quite fit they bent over backwards to ensure the fit was perfect by combining parts from three different sets. They also use top quality parts which included an isolator to ensure there was no alternator whine through the speakers. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending GCCS to anyone considering an audio upgrade or change.

Great friendly service, had a tough problem with my speakers and central locking not working from faulty wires that no one could help me with. They took on the job and the technicians fixed it straight away. Thanks guys!

Wow! The team over at Gold Coast Car Sound Bundall have done an amazing job with the custom stereo install on my VZ Calais. They have gone above and beyond and have exceeded my expectations by far. 110% quality work done in the workshop with no shortcuts taken. They have treated the car as if it was their own and have done a very neat and clean installation. Also the very friendly and helpful sales team. I will definitely be going back. I have been left with a big smile on my face and an awesome stereo system/install ready to take to car shows. Friendly company Pleasure to deal with. Brought my classic 1968 Pontiac in for a new head unit and speakers. The guys were knowledgeable and got me in to the exact stuff I needed quickly which was good because I'm time poor. They explained everything how it worked .....what also impressed me is they took the time and care looking after my car in the shop, old cars like mine have old wires and parts and things can easily get damaged or scratched, in particular my car needed shallow rear speakers so the convertible mechanism didn't get caught in them... the guys went the extra distance to custom make a spacer to solve the problem.
I left happy, my stereo sounded great had all the features I needed and some extras. Highly recommend this company based on my experience today.

DONT BOTHER.... Got a head unit wired in and they told me the head unit was broken, as I was driving down the motorway my headlights started flashing and indicators were going nuts. I checked the head unit on a mates car and it worked fine. They charged me and now will not refund me

Very friendly and helpful blokes. I bought a set of morel supremo speakers from them, Paul explained to me in detail everything i need to know. i previously had an amp and other speakers installed by another company but been unhappy with the results, I am an audiophile and very fussy with what i get and any work done on our car, they did a great job from replacing the poorly done previous insulation to installation of new speakers.. not a single mark left on any area where the work done. and i am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them. Don't bother going elsewhere, this is one shop that does it right the first time!.

Good work. But the guy had vomit on his shoe. I waited for him to come back to check in case it was just a bit of avocado but, nope, it was vomit.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received from GCCS Bundall. They agreed to install a sound system with blue-tooth in my car which I had purchased from JB Hifi. On installation, I noticed blue tooth was not working properly and incoming sound was very low. When I went back to them to check, they made a superficial kind of check and denied their responsibility saying that I should contact JB Hifi as I had purchased the product from them.

I understand that if the product is faulty, it is not the liability of installer. But in this case, GCCS did not take the trouble to properly check whether the fault was with the product or with installation. I was disappointed and it appeared they did not care as I had not purchased the product from them (at a higher price). At the time of installation they had informed me that installation had a lifetime warranty which proved to be of no use to me. Limitations of warranty were not explained to me at the time of installation.

Came in off the street. Had issues with my subwoofer. Fortunately I happened to be there at the right time & the guys were able to look at it for me. The fellas were friendly and seemed to know their stuff.
Recommended.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I`ve been asking Gareth for 4(!) times on the phone and in person about an extra battery for both my cameras - he did not tell me that they do not have it in their stock in the shop. He told me opposite thing - that they will install it in my car.
So, I`ve spent a lot of my time and effort (waiting for my appointment) and money for changing couple of other things...but...STILL NO BATTERY FOR BOTH MY CAMERAS!
I`VE BEEN ASKING ABOUT - TO INSTALL THE BATTERY FOR THE PARKING MODE for both my cameras and the answer was:"you don't need parking mode extra battery, just go to Autobarn and change car battery for the new one"! Such a joke!
Also I'VE BEEN ASKING NO TO MOVE MY FRONT CAMERA TOO LOW, BUT THEY DID THAT. As a result everyone can see both cables in front of camera and it's look awful.
Probably it`s a good idea to listen to the customer and try to understand what exactly customer need and not try to sale everything you possibly can.
Customers are the first priority in every business, because they bring money to your business - I think everyone suppose to know that by now.
I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULTS AND WOULD NEVER EVER GO TO SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE, WHERE STAFF ONLY DOING WHAT THEY WANT AND THE WAY THEY WANT AND CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.
I'm thinking about to contact Ombudsman or call to the Customer Affair now.

Great service. Fixed a fuze problem and some wiring of the sound system I bought from them. Even with the warranty gone they fixed the problem for a cheap price. And the guys there are just great down to earth guys. No problems at all.

These guys have come through big a few times. They did the conversion on my mum's skyline g35 from Japanese standard head unit to a tradition double din head unit which worked a treat.

They also recently saved my friends and I with a wiring harness for an older Kia to go to an after market head unit. They're honest and the people working there know what they're talking about which is great.

Went in to get a quote and advise for replacing subs in my car that seemed to have been stuffed. Honest advise of how and where I can repair them instead as they were not cheap. Rare u find a company that gives up a sale to look after a customer's best interests. For that I will always be back and will come back to get everything installed and tuned once I pickup subs from repair shop. Thanks again

Use Someone Else! Took my BMW to get the Cd player fixed. Was told 10 minutes later it couldn't be fixed and needed a new one. Drove off found out i had no indicators, electric windows or windscreen wipers. Took it back where i was told it wasn't their problem must be a wiring issue. Took it to another garage that managed to get everything fixed cost me over $500 to replace the burnt out wiring that was caused. Original issue they told me was a loose wire on the amp. Cheers guys could have been a $25 fix.
