I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received from GCCS Bundall. They agreed to install a sound system with blue-tooth in my car which I had purchased from JB Hifi. On installation, I noticed blue tooth was not working properly and incoming sound was very low. When I went back to them to check, they made a superficial kind of check and denied their responsibility saying that I should contact JB Hifi as I had purchased the product from them.

I understand that if the product is faulty, it is not the liability of installer. But in this case, GCCS did not take the trouble to properly check whether the fault was with the product or with installation. I was disappointed and it appeared they did not care as I had not purchased the product from them (at a higher price). At the time of installation they had informed me that installation had a lifetime warranty which proved to be of no use to me. Limitations of warranty were not explained to me at the time of installation.
