I had a new system installed in my Ford FG Falcon Ute. I contacted them through Messenger on Facebook and they replied quickly. I told them what I wanted and the genres of music I listened to and they put together some options. I wanted a tight and clean sound, but not something for competitions. We then spoke by phone to iron out the last details. I had the install done on Saturday morning, with two people working on the car together. When I came to collect the car at the agreed time, they kept it for another hour to try different sub and box options - this impressed me, as they cared about the sound, rather just getting the job done with the first product that was agreed upon. The result is nothing short of SPECTACULAR. I am hearing things in music that I haven t heard before. I bravely wound the volume up to see where the sound quality falls apart, but had it louder than I could ever stand it and it was still super clear. What also impressed me was that a customer popped in asking about an install for a camera and the salesperson did it on the spot. I had very high expectations about service and sound quality and these were very munch exceeded. I can t rate them highly enough. Other places didn t listen, pushed certain products and flat out lied. Not these folks.
