EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I`ve been asking Gareth for 4(!) times on the phone and in person about an extra battery for both my cameras - he did not tell me that they do not have it in their stock in the shop. He told me opposite thing - that they will install it in my car.
So, I`ve spent a lot of my time and effort (waiting for my appointment) and money for changing couple of other things...but...STILL NO BATTERY FOR BOTH MY CAMERAS!
I`VE BEEN ASKING ABOUT - TO INSTALL THE BATTERY FOR THE PARKING MODE for both my cameras and the answer was:"you don't need parking mode extra battery, just go to Autobarn and change car battery for the new one"! Such a joke!
Also I'VE BEEN ASKING NO TO MOVE MY FRONT CAMERA TOO LOW, BUT THEY DID THAT. As a result everyone can see both cables in front of camera and it's look awful.
Probably it`s a good idea to listen to the customer and try to understand what exactly customer need and not try to sale everything you possibly can.
Customers are the first priority in every business, because they bring money to your business - I think everyone suppose to know that by now.
I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RESULTS AND WOULD NEVER EVER GO TO SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE, WHERE STAFF ONLY DOING WHAT THEY WANT AND THE WAY THEY WANT AND CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.
I'm thinking about to contact Ombudsman or call to the Customer Affair now.
