No place to go with the two of us, more for a vrijmibo with some colleagues. Operation varies very much in quality and so does the food. But if it is good, then it is also good.

Good neat quick bite with a lot of choice, affordable. In the evening some noisey, but remains nice and fast. Also a good choice for lunch.

The food is very good, lots of choice, something for everyone. Good price quality ratio. The service is friendly but it is too busy; taking drinks or ordering really took too long. Also a drink was brought too much and also appeared to be put on the voucher. We had ordered a soup dish in a small version but we got the big one. But with a small spoon ... On the receipt the small variant was mentioned.
For a year-old a firework candle is lit and all the lights will flash and loud party music will be turned on for a minute (I guess). Fun for the birthday party and in a pub, but if you do not belong to that company and are just in a good conversation it is annoying.
Tables are quite close together. But a nice building with a nice atmosphere.

Delicious fusion cooking par excellence!
The menu, which is changed 4x per year, is colorful and very inviting on the coaster. A medley of languages, as well as of cuisines and flavors. A perfect place for the culinary vegetarian (me!) Who is all too often short, but here I am short of stomach space! What a choice! And of course there is a very rich choice of challenging dishes for the lover of fish / meat.
My companion and I share the "Veggie dumplings" (10 pieces, 9) (crispy fried dumplings filled with various vegetables + chiliponzu sauce) - an extremely delicious dish.

I myself take a salad, a large bowl of "Green beans & tempeh delight" ( 9) with LOTS of different vegetables, egg, tempeh and more surprises - so tasty!
We also take a portion of their own artisan fries with mayo ( 4) - highly recommended.

Other points:

- it is quite noisy
- Parking, especially in the evening, can be difficult, but the restaurant is not a minute's walk from NS Arnhem Velperpoort
- the young, friendly and hardworking servants (m / f) have dropped some small stitches this time (such as having to ask 3x for extra mayo ...)

For when you want to enjoy a snack and drink in an "other" way ...

Waited 10 mins for the first beer, 10 minutes for the second beer. Tried to order some food but our waiter run away and another person later told us we cannot order food anymore, only desserts? After we drank another beer, we were offered again a dessert. It was funny as hell. Nice place tho and food menu looks really amazing with great prices.

It is a nice restaurant, just a little different than usual. Similarly the food, super delicious food. We shared everything, especially the spinach dip and garlic focaccia were very tasty. The cassava with peanut dip I personally did not like, but that is a matter of taste. The desserts (blondie and banana bread cheesecake) were also really delicious, very powerful. The service was friendly, chatted and were cheerful. For 25 euros per person delicious eaten (and drunk) and it was more than enough!

It looked promising ..... but quickly disappointed. Nice business, nice service. But half an hour after departure my table companion was nauseous and I had stomach complaints. It may have been a coincidence, but I will never taste 'Good' again

With a group of 27 people being food. They flew with the liquor, with the food absolutely not. Long wait for small plates of food that you also have to share with each other. 2 bites and it's gone. Then wait a long time for the next dish. If you are a big eater you certainly should not be here. Then you can better go to a wok or world restaurant for less money. When you go out to eat, you must leave the door with a full and satisfied feeling. That was unfortunately not the case here.

Delicious eaten. The cook had figured out in advance what gluten-free was and what was not, but also what traces could contain (for people who could tolerate this). Really well done.

Operation is not always alert. Drinks after 22.00 are no longer possible, which is a pity entourage is fine. coffee is a shame what happens with that.

A few remarks: walking route not always clear and certainly not 1 1/2 meters possible, e.g. when you go to the toilet. Personnel must clearly maintain a line with regard to operation. With one it was put on the table, with the other we had to tackle it. In addition, and certainly not unimportant. In this warm weather, a Weizer beer on tap is very tasty. However, after a round this beer was finished and we could only use bottles of Weizer.
Also another brand and a lot more expensive.

The card looks very tasty but if you have to eat gluten-free or lactose free there is little to no choice! I did not enjoy very much, but my family certainly did!

Been for the first time today. Super cozy. Good food. Beautiful weather. A dinner with our family in 2 weeks for our 45-year wedding anniversary.

It was quite disappointing. Chicken salad with mango was a lot of mango and a little chicken. The tuna salad was packed with beans. So much that it no longer tasted good. Unfortunately. Eaten here more often. But now unfortunately it was very disappointing.

Lots of choice between different small dishes, at a historic location in the old Klarendal in Arnhem. Busy restaurant, nicely decorated in retro style, focused on the old neighborhood! Smooth friendly service.

Very good food and not expensive. Enough space around the tables. They take good account of people who can not handle anything.

The food is very good and atmosphere even better. They should get more staff on busy days and staff can be a bit more flexible and polite. They ran out of red sangria for the second time and staff didn't reply nice when we mentioned this. It was just a tip to improve it for next time...

Delicious food and a nice smooth service. Also nice that you can eat at the bar when you are alone. Dishes are a bit small but this gives you the opportunity to take two smaller dishes. Desert was delicious and 1 portion is more than enough. I also noticed that the service was personal and not pushy as is the case in some restaurants. Keep it up!

Tasting together is so much fun. Only for us the portions were way too big. So unfortunately you taste less. If you make a reservation otherwise you will end up in a place where you are very close together. Super concept !!!!!

very popular in Arnhem. Kaar is not special, nor is he very friendly. Been a few times but not pleasant and not special. There are so many nicer things and terraces in the area
