Delicious fusion cooking par excellence!
The menu, which is changed 4x per year, is colorful and very inviting on the coaster. A medley of languages, as well as of cuisines and flavors. A perfect place for the culinary vegetarian (me!) Who is all too often short, but here I am short of stomach space! What a choice! And of course there is a very rich choice of challenging dishes for the lover of fish / meat.
My companion and I share the "Veggie dumplings" (10 pieces, 9) (crispy fried dumplings filled with various vegetables + chiliponzu sauce) - an extremely delicious dish.

I myself take a salad, a large bowl of "Green beans & tempeh delight" ( 9) with LOTS of different vegetables, egg, tempeh and more surprises - so tasty!
We also take a portion of their own artisan fries with mayo ( 4) - highly recommended.

Other points:
- book!
- it is quite noisy
- Parking, especially in the evening, can be difficult, but the restaurant is not a minute's walk from NS Arnhem Velperpoort
- the young, friendly and hardworking servants (m / f) have dropped some small stitches this time (such as having to ask 3x for extra mayo ...)
