I complained about mold in my apartment multiple times and all they would do was come in and paint over it. I fought with them to switch apartments because my daughter has lung disease. After I finally switched, they went in and took the mold out after telling me for YEARS that it wasn't an issue. The maintenance guy supposedly washed the carpets before we switched apartments but my daughter spilled a cup of water 2 day after we moved in and when I went to soak up the water, the towel was black. He was also supposed to put up blinds but never did. Our apartment manager is not responsive at all and won't ever call me back. I always have to speak with someone else to get any issue solved. The biggest issue recently was that they were using Kilz Primer in the WHOLE BUILDING! They were literally painting the whole walls with it. It was the middle of winter, the fumes were giving us headaches and making us sick. I complained (since my daughter has lung disease) and I was told to "open a window". They refused to reimburse me since I had to go stay somewhere else for over a week due to the fumes. If we had a different apartment manager, I'm sure living here wouldn't be as bad.

This place was absolutely terrible. I was in the Prescott location and the building itself was fine but the neighbors were a nightmare. It was full of backstabbing, mean, sue happy women that seemed to have nothing better to do than ruin people s lives. I reached out to the landlord in hopes she could resolve the issue but all she did was show conflict of interest in certain tenants that had been there for a decade and quickly turned against me as if I was the problem. I felt uncomfortable even coming home because (no exaggeration) every other day one of them was calling the cops on the other. My car was keyed and nothing was done. There were lots of bullying issues between all the kids living there (mainly due to the parents telling them how to think and act). One tenant banged on my door while I was taking a timed online test for school and demanded I move my car because it was in her parking spot. Keep in mind there s no assigned parking... All in all, I would never recommend this location or any of the locations that are managed by Jeanette because she doesn t listen to your concerns and treats you as if you are a nobody. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! These properties are supposed to be for people struggling, to help them better themselves so they can eventually get out of there and move onto bigger and better things, but the women that have lived there for 5-10 years lack motivation and have too much time on their hands.....obviously.
Fair property management company and kind maintenance personnel but the snow removal company they hired was severely lacking and had multiple cars stuck in their parking lot several times...
Landmark Company is very concerned about their tenants. If you have an issue with the apartment, they will be over immediately to tell you that the problem stems back from something that you did- not the fact that the building is very old! More
Wish they could staighten out the the Dunbar Hill Lane apartments with all the backstabbing people one person in mine Paul Gustason if they get of him
Love the professionalism from the Asset Manager who thinks its okay to hang up on tenant. Management does not response in a timely manner nor does any maintaince to certain properties get done. The the quality of these apartments its not worth the rent in my opion

This company is the worst. I highly recommend not renting through them. Pam in management will actively seek an eviction from you and when she can't find one she will make something up. She will also try to tell tenants that have vouchers through rural housing to not apply for their renewal because there is no point that rural will no longer help those tenants. Keep in mind these are tenants who have been on the property for 8 plus years and have been getting assistance from rural. This is highly illegal to do on her end as she can't speak for rural and rural development has been contacted on such matter. Also apartments that have been in the same condition since it was built she will neglect to fix the many issues with them and not provide the updates need yet demand $800 for that apartment. They will take issues with your other family members struggles and use them as a reason to push eviction. If you want a good understanding landlord who cares about you do not rent through landmark company. It is not worth the fighting and horrible way they conduct their business.

Rented with them for a year. Property was in good condition. Just wished snow removal wouldn't have taken til midafternoon some snowy days.
I just moved out of these places on the 15th if February 2019. I must say.... This is by far the worst place I ve ever lived. Neighbors are extremely loud throughout the day despite my many complaints felons who aren t supposed to be there live there maintenance guy knows the neighbor that lived downstairs from and knew that she had way too many people living there and he didn t report it. All in all in my opinion I d never recommend this place to anyone.
Overall I had a great experience with Landmark. One morning the lawn mowing crew sent a rock through our window and they were very punctual with replacing the window with no hassle. It was a nice townhome.

Rented my apartment from them... well maintained, clean and great layout.
I was impressed with the rental properties they had and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them
Housing is affordable and you get what you pay for. Management is good until you sign the lease then you are just another pain for them to deal with. They tend to pick and choose which rules in the lease to follow and tell you 9 time out of 10 to "call the cops". Cops won't do anything without their consent, and the office won't talk to the cops to give their consent. They would rather let their tenants feud rather than step in and take care of the situation. Very disappointed with the Management.
