Absolutely amazing! They scheduled Everything and Came out exactly when they said they would. They let me know when they were 30 minutes out. Both techs Set up the playset in 5 hours. It s absolutely perfect! I d give them 10 stars if I could!

Great company, and great people! This is my second time using them. Not one single problem! I m very satisfied. If you need assistance with equipment/product assembly, please call them. They assembled some Bowflex equipment for me on 2 separate occasions. Each time the service was excellent!!!

Technicians arrived on time. Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I felt that my child's safety was a top concern for them. They provided feedback and tips on the location of the setup of the Playset. Great work.

This is by far THE worst company to rely on for service! During my initial call I was advised that someone would call me in 2-3 business days to set up appointment. Week goes by and no call. I call to obtain status which could not be provided and that a msg for technician would be left and someone will call me back. No call next day so I called again for 4 days to be told the same msg we don t know what to tell you because the technician is not responded . I finally got to a Manager, Tamika who requires 101 basic customer service course. No apology for what I had experienced. In fact tells me that she would look into issue and call me back . Well, no call returned , big surprised . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MOMEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Speedy service with a smile! They moved everything from the garage to the backyard, built the playset in one day, and cleaned up all the trash and boxes. We re very happy with their service!

The experience that I had with service technician went great. They were very friendly. Very respectful dealing with time and being informative on what was going on through out the process. Thank you, thank you for all you have done to get my niece the play experience that she wanted.

Worst service ever. They installed my Pergola but wouldn t secure it to ground as it s not in their scope of work. Should have told this before taking my money. Now after a week, Pergola is down and damaged due to small wind. When contacted, they told me it was an act of god and nothing they can do about it. What a scam company!

WORST COMPANY EVER
I got my swing set 3 weeks ago, the last 2 weeks I have been calling to schedule the put together, and every time I get told someone will call me back. Hasn t happened once! I just filed a complaint with BBB in hopes something will happen.

I was very nervous seeing the older reviews for this company regarding their service professionals.
The company did take longer time to get the professional come and fix up our Trampoline. But the professional did a good job and finished on time.

So prompt, thorough, and friendly, with great follow through. Everyone I have dealt with in this company has been pleasant and professional. HIGHLY recommend!!

Our technician was very professional in every sense of the word. He was very knowledgeable and experienced - had trampoline assembly down to an art or science. DO NOT USE!! This a terrible middle man only service, they have zero control over their subcontractors. Took two weeks to get scheduled, considering Covid and everything now I wasnt too happy as I only needed delivery but was willing to give them the benefit of doubt. Received a call that the truck broke down on the day of delivery and would reattempt the following day. Next day missed the entire 4 hr window without any notification. Called their terrible customer service line and was told he was stuck on the previous job. How courteous of them to not let anyone know of the status and keep me waiting at the delivery site. Since they do not have access to the contractors schedule they couldn't even give me another reschedule but was told would be contacted later that evening. No call! I called to ask for a status, told me they can't get in touch with technician via email, phone, or text. Someone will call tomorrow to reschedule, I was immediately suspicious as it would be Sunday but OK sure. No call back on Sunday either. I call to get a status, they tell me still can't get in touch with tech and because it's Sunday they usually do not work. Someone would follow up on Monday, well Monday came and went and no call from goconfigure. I called four times and they can't get an an availability from their technician. Here I am still waiting on a delivery date. RUN! DO NOT USE! You will get every possible excuse.

They had to reschedule because of weather. I thought that meant another week or two but they came out the next day and were very swift. Super grateful for this service.

Left defective parts and packaging on property after having to come out to redo the original construction. Call center employees explained that I could put them in my trash when I called. They are large wooden pieces as well as large cardboard boxes left out in the rain.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Communicating with Go Configure has been nothing short of awful. We ordered the Skyfort II playground from Sam s Club with the have it built option. The shipping of the play set was great, quick, and absolutely no issues there. As Go Configure s website said, we contacted them once it was delivered to schedule a time to have them put the play set together. Upon initial discussion, we were told we d be contacted with 48 business hours to schedule a date for assembly, but that didn t happen. We waited 96 business hours, called HQ to figure out what had happened, and were given the run around. Apparently they didn t have contact with the builder they assigned it to, so we were assigned another builder, but still no communication, even though we were told we d be contacted that same day. It s now been over two weeks, and I had to contact them to figure out what was going on. After a couple of hours of being on hold and playing phone tag, we were contacted and told the soonest we could have a builder assemble the playground was June 12th (two months from today s date and three months after purchase date)!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. We ve been nothing but patient and understanding, but when we received this call, the associate on the phone was nothing but rude. I can t stress enough how disappointed I am in this company.

Professionals all the time quick to fix any issues you may be having.

Great customer service, little bit of a wait time on the phone, but only because EVERYONE is looking for their service to help with outdoor equipment, so it wasn't bad, and once on the phone they were very helpful and wanted to make sure everything was in order for us. The installer was incredible...him and his partner were efficient, kind, easy to speak with, and made sure it was done right. He even took the time to explain some of the storage options for off-season. Great experience overall.

Jesse from Goconfigure completed installation of my horizon fitness treadmill. He arrived when scheduled and my treadmill was assembled and in place within minutes of his arrival. Scheduling was easy and accommodated my schedule.

I had a recumbent exercise bike that needed to be put together, This company contacted me two or three days prior to delivery to let me know the day and time. Then the day of I was called to let me know the tech was on his way. The tech was in time and very thorough. He cleaned up after himself so ever could put nicely in the trash or recycling cans. He told me it would take 30 minutes or so and he was spot on. I was shown how the bike works and told what to do if I have a problem. He even used his own extension cord, as my power had grown out in my basement, so he could make sure the bike was working properly, before he left. Go Configure is an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. I did not find them, as the company I bought the bike from used them. I highly recommend them!

The assemblers arrived early and completed the installation in about an hour and a half, which is fast for a trampoline. They were very professional and the trampoline is sturdy and well built. They had me check their work and moved the packaging to my recycling area before completing the job.

Our service technician deserves more than 5 stars and was beyond excellent!!
Not only was he on time, he was quick, kind, very very thorough and I feel he went above and beyond. He truly made this experience such an enjoyable experience!!

Treadmill is beautiful. Delivery was okay. Had to find a way to move it from the driveway into the desired room. After a week of having the treadmill here the technicians came and set it up for me. Unfortunately I m not lucky because my center console is not working properly but the technicians documented that for me so hopefully a resolution will come soon. Overall not the easiest process but the customer service has been great so far.

So wife bought this backyard play set. We started to setup on April 8th. I realized I didn t have the correct tools and we discussed and would rather have a professional come help us! So we contacted go configure. The technician was very professional hard working and very personable. His names Kevin from Avon! Thank you so much Kevin! The kids already love it and I m super confident it will be taken care of and used for years to come! It was built well and I m very pleased with it! Appreciate everything wish you all the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I emailed Go Configure a few questions before I decided to hire them and they always responded quickly.

After I paid for the service, they scheduled my treadmill setup about 10 days out.

They called a day prior to the setup date and 30 minutes prior to when they arrived.

The men moved the 400 lb treadmill to my basement down steep steps with a tiny landing. They set it up quickly.

Both men were very polite and careful with my treadmill and home.

GoConfigure called me to see if they could come earlier which was great! They put everything together quickly. He then showed me how to adjust everything on the bike. Quick and easy process!

Our technician did an amazing job! He even worked through the rain to get our swing set put together! Thank you!

I cant believe how bad the service is. Wait over an hour on hold trying to get a hold of them multiple days in a row. I bought an item in February and they have rescheduled me multiple times. Now they're saying it's almost a month and a half out. I am extremely disappointed in them. Will be contacting sams club also on how bad they treat sams club members.

Install gazebo from Sam s Club. They performed pickup from club and delivered and setup. They arrived early, worked consistently and cleaned up. Communication with scheduling was ok and confirmed via text message, efficient and easy.

If you value your time and sanity, avoid them at all cost. They will not contact you, they will not make assembly arrangements in a timely manner. And if you finally do get an appointment time, good luck. They like to cancel or just not show up.

Provides such an important service during Covid. We bought an elliptical machine that's notoriously difficult to assemble. No exercise equipment provides assembly service or even sufficient delivery service during Covid. GoConfigure was a life saver. They sent out a 3 person team to carry the 250 lb machine from garage into the room we need it to be . Assembly was completed within 2 hrs. The team was extremely professional and didn't take any break during the 2 hr service. Everything works great so far. They all wore masks and we provided them with shoe gloves.

Amazing! These guys were punctual, kind, and hardworking! There was a tear in one of our slide pieces; they immediately showed me and told me the process of them ordering and coming to assemble when it was ready. They even boarded up the area where it was missing so my daughter would not hurt herself there. SO pleased and thankful!

Very good service! The are prompt, and have good build ethics. They don't cut corners or allow for defective parts to be used. If there is a part missing or broken they arrange for a replacement from the manufacturer and reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete the work.

Communication with go configure was consistent and clear. We were lucky to get our install done sooner than planned when they had a cancellation as they privately reached out to offer this option. The tech was friendly and efficient, coming on one of the hottest weeks of the year to install our new equipment. Would highly recommend - thanks!

Go Configure was great at both setting up the appointment and getting my equipment put together. The customer service rep named Chandler was very helpful in getting the appointment made. Then the two technicians were on time and quickly went to work getting my treadmill upstairs and assembled. Then they went through how to use it and answered all my questions. Go Configure was very good at keeping me posted on appointments and the gentleman that actually put my gazebo together was FANTASTIC! Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others! Worth every penny to save the hassle of putting it together myself!

Horrible customer service. No problem taking your money up front. They said I would receive a call from the scheduler which never happened. Called them 2 weeks later and they said I had a scheduled date for 3 weeks out. 5 weeks later on the scheduled install date they never showed up. Still trying to get through to them to get a refund. Buyer beware. Check out other online review sites regarding this company. No way they are 4.5 stars.

The whole experience was awesome from the booking of the appointment thru installation. I had to change my appointment because I did not have my treadmill yet and they reached out to me very quickly to reschedule. The two guys that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. They put my treadmill together and took very good care of my home and this included moving a 290 lb treadmill to a 2nd floor. They showed us how it worked and cleaned up and didn t leave a mess. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again!

Patrick was polite and knowledgeable. He finished the job promptly and did a fine job explaining the basic functions of the exercise bike.

They did a good job of communicating their schedule. The rep, Lorenzo, was friendly and professional. He maneuvered 300 lb treadmill down a snow covered, grassy hill and wouldn't allow me to help. Then he got got it inside and set up exactly as I requested. He is awesome and I highly recommend him to others.

We love our swing set. We ordered the Beach Front swing set.
When we received our boxes in the mail. When we opened them and saw a number/website you could contact for professional installation for a fair price. Within 2 days they were here installing it. They were extremely professional. Everything was level and square. No exposed screws, everything was safe. They took their time. The men were very nice and polite!

Overall, I love the product and the services we received were top notch. I would highly recommend this product and company.

I had a sky fort delivered. The delivery people were very friendly. They even shared their knowledge on how to build this thing properly and the easiest way to do it.

They did a great job setting up my treadmill in a confined space and showing me how it works.

Great employee. But Go Configure could do better in letting costumers know when techs will be there, what they are driving, etc. Tech drove his own car, no markings to show who he worked for, no shirt or card to identify who he was. Didnt wear a mask, brought his lady with him who sat in the car the while time. I almost didn't go to the door bc the company said my appointment was between 9-1 and this was at 2 when someone finally showed up. The tech was very nice and professional. I just felt very uncomfortable that the company didn't make known that provide nothing for their field employees!

My machine is still clunking. Just in a different point in the cycle. Waited quite a while for this service call and it's not even fixed.

We had a treadmill we needed put together. Scheduling was so easy via website with prompt reply as to date and time technician would be out. We recieved 2 reminder calls and a call that the technician was on his way. He measured and made sure the item would fit and worked with great care of our item and our home. He cleaned up and made sure we knew about things before he left. He removed all the cardboard and put it outside for us. I will use this company again

Had play equipment assembled five days ago. The job was not overpriced. When we called there was no problem reaching someone. They were very understanding and were zable to have a technician come out just in time before my Grandsons Birthday Party and build the play set. The technician nice and helpful.
I will suggest to others to use Go Configure.

If I could give no stars, I would. They have the absolute worst customer service. I called almost 3 weeks ago and was asked for 3 available time slots that would work for the installation and they took payment up front. I NEVER heard from them again. I called on the first date I gave and asked for an update. They had to 'call a technician' to get an update and were unable to provide one -although they felt confident the other two dates would work. I called again on the second date (no follow-up from them) and again got the same story. Although the dispatcher did say they were really busy and could I provide additional dates. I said that I had paid and had rearranged my schedule for the three dates given. He said there was still the one last date, but could not provide any update on timing. But was confident the third date would be met.

I called again the morning of the third date and was told that an appointment was made for TWO WEEKS later. On a date that I was unavailable. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that he would pass along my message and a District Coordinator would call back. They never did.

Instead, I called again and finally spoke to the District leader, after holding for more than 10 mins. And she basically said the dates given were for nothing, she could not do anything because they "were really busy". I asked for a refund. Not once did she apologize for their terrible customer service or even try to make it better. I would NOT recommend this company and ever give them my business again. BUYER BEWARE - your dates you are giving them don't mean anything. A complete waste of time!

Amazing service and the tech was very polite, even wore a mask working alone 100+ feet from our house and checked and checked out with us and asked if there was anything else he could do for us before he left. Neatly put the garbage in one box in the garage and couldn t have been nicer. Amazing, I ve got high standards when it comes to service and I was very impressed. Nicely done Go Configure!
