I was told 10 to 15 days. They responded in one day. Which was great. But I just wasn't prepared. Technician was excellent at what he does. Covid safe.

Wonderful people took time to install it where i wanted and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

These guys are good! They did an excellent job assembling a Lifetime Big Adventure big swing set for my family. They know what they are doing and they care about the quality and delivery of there work. They left the grounds clean, they tested the equipment and left a big smile on the kids faces. I had my grandson playground assembled by Go Configure and it was done professionally and very neat. The tech was friendly and finished the job on time. My grandson loves his new playground.

This is by far THE worst company to rely on for service! During my initial call I was advised that someone would call me in 2-3 business days to set up appointment. Week goes by and no call. I call to obtain status which could not be provided and that a msg for technician would be left and someone will call me back. No call next day so I called again for 4 days to be told the same msg we don t know what to tell you because the technician is not responded . I finally got to a Manager, Tamika who requires 101 basic customer service course. No apology for what I had experienced. In fact tells me that she would look into issue and call me back . Well, no call returned , big surprised . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MOMEY WITH THIS COMPANY

They were very professional and friendly. There were only 2 of them and I was shocked that they were able to put this big playscape together . But they did it and did it right . Its sturdy no flimsy and looks very well built.

Go configure representatives were attentive to my needs and cooperated with me with rescheduling the delivery time for the gazebo that my family and I had purchased from Sam s club. Once the delivery time was rescheduled, mister Calvin was assigned to deliver it. He was super nice, patient and helpful. Thank you so much Go Configure team.

Go Configure saved the day after the manufacture dropped the ball on delivery of a treadmill. They were able to send two technicians out the next day to move the treadmill from my garage to my basement and assemble it in just a few minutes.

My technician with goconfigure did an amazing job putting my pergola together. I am definitely satisfied and would have them back for any future services.

At first I was a bit disappointed due to go configure having to reschedule us very last minute to the following day. I was however able to rearrange my schedule and it worked out. I am so pleased with the technician John who set up our play set. He was kind and made sure the swing set was safe for my daughter. He really made her day. Customer service is top notch and the technician arrived on time and put the equipment together in less than an hour. Because of shipping delays I had to reschedule several times but that was no problem for these folks. Really impressed all around. Can not recommend enough.

Crew did an excellent job installing pergola in our patio. Crew was very friendly and patient with our questions. Work was done in very professional manner.

The best decision I made. Purchased a Backyard Discovery play set from Overstock and knew from jump that I would not be putting it together myself as a Single Mom. Go Configure contractors came in (who were a husband and wife team) and knocked it out in under 4hrs and had everything cleaned up too. They were worth every penny and I trust my little one to be safe and happy for a long time to come. Definitely recommend Go Configure to anyone who has something to put together!

This company has been the best company I have ever dealt with fr a reliability and customer service perspective. I can't say enough about how valued I feel as a customer. When you pay for something you have expectations and this company or should I say the technicians I had delivered and went above and beyond to make it effortless.

The company does what it says and the man they sent was helpful and knew what he was doing.

They arrived during there scheduled time and efficient at the repair. The two guys were friendly. Neither knew the name of there own business they worked for which I thought was a little weird.

Left defective parts and packaging on property after having to come out to redo the original construction. Call center employees explained that I could put them in my trash when I called. They are large wooden pieces as well as large cardboard boxes left out in the rain.

I highly recommend Go Configure! They called me 2 days after placing my order for a play yard from Sam's Club in Waco, TX. We set an appointment for 6 days after the scheduled delivery date. They contacted me the day of delivery to verify I received my order. They said they could come earlier if I would like. I was so happy. They came 2 days later. They were on time & the 3 technicians had it assembled in only 3 hours. The techs were great & did a wonderful job!

Guys worked hard, were always prompt, good communication, and did a great job building our swing set.

My technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He and his partner showed up exactly at the time they stated and they had my pergola up and in place in less than two hours. I couldn t avast for a better experience - totally worth the assembly fee!

All I used was the drop off service and the guys did a great job. Put the crates right where I wanted them.

I used Go Configure service on February 22, 2021 for the assembly of my elliptical machine. The technician was courteous, fast and efficient. I also had a good experience with their customer service representatives. I received text messages and emails from the company which kept me up to date with my appointment. I would definitely use them again.

Second time using goconfigure here in Salt Lake City Utah. First we had a pergola done and now a big gazebo 12x14ft from Costco. Everything was smooth from paying online, receiving a call to schedule and technicians showing up on time and setting up everything well. We will be using them again in the future.

The technician for Go Configure was very professional from start to finish. My equipment was put together in no time and every aspect of the machine was explained to me in great detail by the technician. This is the second time i have used this company and would highly recommend them to anyone, who like me has no patience in putting together exercise equipment. Nightmare experience.

Unfortunately I did not receive great service. The team that was sent to my daycare argue among each other. They seemed not to know how to put the 2000.00 play set together. And a lot of mistakes were made. Missing screws, splitting wood, over shot screws, incomplete job, a slide board not joined together and so much more. When I called the company go configure they didn't want to do anything put told me to call backyard for a new one and they will send more technicians. Why am I to call? I mean go configure tech are not held accountable for the damages? Photos are attached.

I have been waiting 30 days for Go Configure to schedule someone. Over the last several weeks we've been promised they will expedite or make it a priority or get a manager involved and yet still no appointment and still no technicians available to dispatch in the Washington DC area.

If I could give no star I would have done it but not letting me! Anyway, right now, as of this writing, I m very, very disappointed with this company! I bought a gazebo on April 1, 2021 at Sam s Club- Grand Ave, Chino and today as they promised April 21st, they re supposed to come between 7-11 am and assemble in my backyard per their own scheduled date not mine but they never showed up nor at least a courtesy to call, not until I did my own calling which after an hour of being on hold finally someone answered to tell me that they won t make it but they re coming at 5 pm instead as they re assembling gazebos in another 2 homes before my scheduled time! Seriously?! Putting my spot at 7 am to learn there were 2 homes ahead of me! So I guess I have no choice but wait till 5 pm as they promised, but lo and behold, for the second time, they never came and again, not even a call!!! It s 9:30 pm now so it s 100% they re not gonna come so here I am writing this review which I have never done before as I m very, very disappointed and frustrated, had to get this off my chest! It s unbelievable!!! And adding insult to this injury, I had to cancel all my important appointments today just to meet their schedule but in return they ruined my day!
Sam s Club, you can do better than this, get another company, they re ruining your name, you have a good reputation and we highly respect you. My husband and I have been Sam s Club customers since you were at Chino Town square on Philadelphia Ave, Chino!

Very impressed with the communication, professionalism and service. As soon as my bike was in transit they reached outvto schedule my appointment. They confirned the appointment and reminded me of Covid safety procedures. The technician, Joe was on time, professional and fast. I am so pleased! Highly recommend!

Horrible care, technician has canceled multiple times and then shows up and does nothing orders more parts and then its weeks later till they even care to show up. Im so completely disappointed and let down by this company and have lost work time, money and had to join a gym due to my machine being broke since December 23, 2020. There has been no offer for reimbursement for my time and gym membership for months. The technician told us personallyhe would cone back on his time and never showed after telling us the day of the appointment. This business just flat does not care and will not communicate after they say they will call you. They will be confidently be on another line or will "call you back"- and never do. I would NOT recommend this company.

The service technician John was extremely courteous and accommodating. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and made my kids' day! The cost of having someone come and build the swing set was well worth it. I would definitely recommend utilizing this service.

Ordered a horizon 7.0 treadmill after my brother-in-law had a great experience with the 6.0. Only issue he had was with self assembly, approx 2 hours and the band shot off and caused a black eye. Wife and I are both nurses with a 2 year old so we didn t want the headache of trying to build this while she s sleeping on a day we are both off.

Go Configure came on time with a 2 man crew and put our treadmill together while my wife slept and I cooked and fed my daughter breakfast. This saved time and a major headache. Do yourself a favor and have Configure assembly, after spending 1k on a treadmill this was the best decision I made. 10/10.

P.S after seeing all the wires for the speed and incline handles and the size of the 7.0 if your think you can build this by yourself I would think twice.

We hired Go configure to assemble our swing set and they did a fabulous job. They were patient as we had to wait for our HOA approval to come through and scheduling was quick and easy once we were ready. The 2 technicians that came out assembled the unit quickly and it looks great! They measured and made sure they were doing exactly as we asked. They walked through final inspection and cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience was very good.

Overall great experience. It took a little longer then I would have liked to schedule the assembly. However, once the technicians got here they were very fast and friendly and helpful!

I purchased the Skyfort II Cedar Swing Set at Sams Club and was referred to Go Configure for delivery and assembly. My experience was so bad I would like to leave zero stars, but Google makes you select at least one star to post your review.
I was told it could take up to two weeks for delivery, seems reasonable - and assembly would be done by a "team" of individuals, that normally complete the work in one day. However, if they cannot complete in a day, will come back the following day to finish up, but two days at the most. To make a long story short, they sent one person to complete the assembly, which ended up taking him fours days total, over the course of a month. The swing set was purchased on March 12, and completed on April 16. And let me not forget to mention the fact that they charged me $700 for this. Any time I called their customer service line I was given the run around, half the time they couldn't answer any of my questions. I was transferred to two different managers on separate occasions after numerous calls. I was eventually connected with a manager that explained I could file an appeasement, and they would credit me back some of the money for their incompetence; however, I would have to wait until the service was complete to file this formal complaint - this was the week of March 22 when my assembly was originally supposed to be completed. I spoke to this manager today, and was told they were refunding me $50... So now I paid $650 to be given the run around for over a month, nothing but headaches, and stripped nails with chipped wood and cracks - including a few pictures for your reference.

The customer service is horrible, wait on hold for over an hour and when they answer, rude, tell you they will call you with scheduling and never receive a call. I wonder how anyone can write a good review for this company. Bought and paid for Gazebo with Sam's Club in February 2021. I have this in my garage - can't park in my garage because the packaged boxes are in there waiting to be assembled. Calling every day and hold times are well over an hour to the point where you give up and hang up. This is extremely frustrating. It is now April 9, 2021 and have yet to get this scheduled. I will be contacting the BBB.

Internal & external communication is very poor. I had to make 4 calls over 12 days in order to get an installation date. Also when I placed the order, the customer service rep stated anchor bolts and work will be done by the technician. That was not the case. Installer said that work is done by the customer. So I had to go and buy concrete anchor bolts and a hammer drill to do this work.
The tech/installer who came out did excellent work! Installed my gazebo by himself in 3 hours. I give the installer 5 stars, but the company itself 2 stars.

I purchased 2 machines from Hoist which I love.
They used a company called GoConfigure who I had read some not so good reviews so of course I was a little nervous. Well those nerves and doubts went away quickly when I had the best installation of exercise equipment come to my home. Both of my machines were put together by Anthony and he was hands down fantastic, he was a professional, and very courteous especially when he took his time and actually explained how to use the equipment properly. I would highly recommend him and his company. Thank You again Anthony for your professionalism and great attitude.

Go Configure came out to my apartment on Oct. 31st in order to assemble my Bowflex Velocore stationary bike.

The technician was extraordinarily quick and efficient.

I will feel quite confident in Go Configure in the future in hiring them to do other jobs for me. The company and its people are very professional. Go Configure receives a 5-star rating.

Go Configure sent Nate to deliver our playset and he was amazing. He was very professional, great at communicating, and even early to deliver so I wasn't waiting on him. 5 stars wish I could have given him more.

GoConfigure had great customer service from submission of service until job completion. The got a serviceman to complete my swing set 3 days after purchase which was awesome. I trust their work and I m a very happy customer.

I recently returned something to Sam s Club via Go Configure (they did the pickup for the return) and I was very pleased. The service was fast and efficient. The only thing that they should start doing is providing a receipt or some kind of proof that they picked it up. Great service!

The technician did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him. My kids love the wooden play set and we couldn t be happier.

I had a treadmill that needed to be installed. After getting it up two flights of steps, it was up and running in no time. I got a quick tutorial and the crew was on its way. Easy peasy!!

Technician called ahead to provide an arrival time. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He completed the setup in a timely manner and provided us with a quick guide on how to make adjustments on the bike. I usually complete my own builds and was very satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.
