If I could give no stars, I would. They have the absolute worst customer service. I called almost 3 weeks ago and was asked for 3 available time slots that would work for the installation and they took payment up front. I NEVER heard from them again. I called on the first date I gave and asked for an update. They had to 'call a technician' to get an update and were unable to provide one -although they felt confident the other two dates would work. I called again on the second date (no follow-up from them) and again got the same story. Although the dispatcher did say they were really busy and could I provide additional dates. I said that I had paid and had rearranged my schedule for the three dates given. He said there was still the one last date, but could not provide any update on timing. But was confident the third date would be met.
I called again the morning of the third date and was told that an appointment was made for TWO WEEKS later. On a date that I was unavailable. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that he would pass along my message and a District Coordinator would call back. They never did.
Instead, I called again and finally spoke to the District leader, after holding for more than 10 mins. And she basically said the dates given were for nothing, she could not do anything because they "were really busy". I asked for a refund. Not once did she apologize for their terrible customer service or even try to make it better. I would NOT recommend this company and ever give them my business again. BUYER BEWARE - your dates you are giving them don't mean anything. A complete waste of time!
