You can make more money pumping gas down the road then working as a chauffeur here. And that's a fact!

Gem left me stranded in the middle of NYC in pouring rain. Very disappointing! Broke the co tract and Violated my trust.

I called them last minute for a very important company event I had to attend on a rainy Sunday night and they came through with flying colors. They were there 10 minutes before my pick up time both ways. Drivers were very personable and friendly. The cars were extremely neat and clean and I mean extremely!!!!!I will be using them again. Thank you Gem!!!

Gem limousine handled my transportation needs recently and I recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable bus company. Their drivers and vehicles are brand new and they even allocated a special party vehicle upon our request for the bridal party. Their drivers were extremely professional and it made our wedding day run extremely smooth with a shuttle to the hotel from our venue. I highly recommend Gem!

Gem Limo is the only car service I use personally and professionally. Their app and customer service make it simple to make reservations. They are communicative and on time with highly professional drivers. During the pandemic, they have ensured passenger and driver safety with their protocols. Highly recommend!!!

I, too, am surprised by the negative reviews. My wife and I have been using them for over 10 years. The service is perfect; they are always on time; they monitor the flight information and are always there to greet us. I guess some folks just got the rare bad driver.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My wife and I used Gem for our early morning flight out of Newark last week. 5am flight so we scheduled at 3am pickup at our home in Middletown driver arrived Approximately 20 minutes early which we were VERY appreciative of since it was early.

Driver was very nice and friendly and our car was very well maintained and cleaned. So glad to have found a reliable car service for all our future trips!! Thank you to the entire staff at GEM for their top quality service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

ABSOLUTELY CARELESS DRIVER IN THE LARGE BLACK SPRINTER VAN AT EWR AIRPORT. DRIVING LIKE A COMPLETE ANIMAL TAKING OVER MULTIPLE LANES, HONKING HORN ONLY TO CUT ACROSS SO HE COULD PARK AT CURB. WAY TO KEEP IT CLASSY AND PROFESSIONAL GEM LIMO!

I had business with this Company , honestly I wasn't satisfied , they did a lot of issues and mistakes ...

Used them for a team event and the experience was nothing short of perfect. The driver went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty and we got the A-list treatment through and through. If you have an event, special occasion, or want to do something fun with your friends without having to drive, CALL THESE GUYS! :)

6 guys with luggage and golf clubs. Awesome Sprinter was spanking new clean and comfy. Driver loaded/unloaded everything and wouldn't let us touch a thing. Great smooth ride, on time for p/u to and from airport. Great experience.

Rider beware!! I would not ever ride with this company. The driver cut me off twice and drove iradically showing signs of road rage. Very rude! The driver does not represent your company well.

Verry bad service.
I made the reservation 5 days in advance to my family arrival and I specifically request for a foreign language speaking driver. Even though they took the reservation including the request they did not comply and I found out by chance 30 min before the flight arrived.
I found out that there was actually a driver that speaks the language at the airport waiting for another passenger with 15 min difference and they were not helpfull at all.
Very BAD customer support and service....

Great service for my family to and from airport. The pickup had a mix up that had us down for PM instead of AM. They fixed it quickly and had someone to us I'm 20 to 30mins.

As a bride it can get stressful planning a wedding, transportation one of the many things we didn t have to worry about. I recommend Gem Limo because their buses are spectacular and Sara, Gem s wedding specialist organized our itinerary according to budget, head count and logistics. I will recommend Gem to all my friends!

Well not happy at all had people in from California I am in the bus now. Booked a sprinter van did not get that they told me the heat was broken I was given a bus ever time we turn a corner it makes a noise drive took us to change vehicles got on phone with Joe (I guess the owner says they don t own any Limos?? ). I would love to post a picture of the bus. Joe told me he did not want to talk to me and he told me to cancel the ride if I don t like it we have 2 kids with us that wanted to go to NYC so here we are going to the city in a school bus paint black. Never again Gem aweful experience.
