EXCELLENT SERVICE! My wife and I used Gem for our early morning flight out of Newark last week. 5am flight so we scheduled at 3am pickup at our home in Middletown driver arrived Approximately 20 minutes early which we were VERY appreciative of since it was early.

Driver was very nice and friendly and our car was very well maintained and cleaned. So glad to have found a reliable car service for all our future trips!! Thank you to the entire staff at GEM for their top quality service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
