I bought a used car from Darren Bates a few months...

I bought a used car from Darren Bates a few months ago. The deal went really smooth and the car (MY13 4x4 single cab ute) was fantastically priced. Of course it came with the peace of mind of a warranty.
A week before the warranty expired I took it into the service department to have a few minor concerns looked at. I was met by Catherine and Darren in the service department who were only too happy to help and not once did I feel like I was imposing on their retail work.
The car required some parts to be ordered so I was offered a rental car (almost brand new Trax) to get myself home and to work for as long as it took for my car to be fixed, which incidentally was only one extra day.
On returning, Catherine again met me and took the time to explain exactly what they found and what was fixed. Her knowledge is excellent.
The car was returned to me devoid of any signs of foot prints or hand prints etc.
The workmanship, cleanliness and knowledge of their technician was superb.
So, not only are Peter Page s used cars a good solid well priced buy, but their after sales service is absolutely phenomenal.
Well done and please pass on my thanks to Darren, Catherine and the tech who fixed my car and have made me a Peter Page fan.

I have 2 Holden UTEs , and have been buying my parts from them, both in person, over the phone, and via the NET. I have found the guy knows his stuff, and knows even if he has it in stock without having to consult the computer. My personal experience is that they know my Holden's, doesn't talk down to me, and appreciates my bussiness. I don't need a coffee machine, like some dealerships offer, I need to speak to someone that knows their stuff, knows how to source it painlessly. Many thanks to the parts guy :)

I've been to many mechanics for car servicing but this company exceeded my expectations by far.

Went with my brother in law to look at a car. Great service and advice. He made a quick decision to buy and they processed the sale quickly and easily. Doesn t end there. He suffers from anxiety and changed his mind when he got home so sent an email advising of his change of mind. No hassles or pressure just professional service all the way through. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent service at your Elizabeth dealership. I took my car in for a routine service and mentioned that the wireless charging dock was not working correctly, upon picking my car up they confirmed that it was faulty. I was then informed that I would need to take my car back for further diagnosis, so I then booked it in so they could fully diagnose the issue. I was then informed that they had to order a part in and would need my car again to fix, so again I organized them to have my car for majority of the day to fix the issue. When I went to collect my car, I was told by Catherine that the charger dock would "settle down". Settle down, I'm sorry I don't understand that at all. This does not look like it has been put in correctly at all. I believe this looks more like its been thrown in. ( refer to attached photo).I am disgusted that a major car dealership would even give a car back like this, the dock doesn't even look new as it's faded. On top of all this I was disappointed with Catherine's customer service skills during these multiple visits she was abrupt and rude. It was like she didn't even want to attend to me, not to mention it would have been nice to see her smile although I believe that would have been to hard. When you are one of the people handling the service inquiries and bookings you are the face of that business, a huge reflection on the business, she did not make the reflection on Holden's look good at all. I also dealt with Maryanne who was lovely, polite, smiley and had great customer service. I have not even had my car 5 months yet and the way this has all unfolded has left me highly disappointed Holden's.

It was very refreshing to deal with Genuine people! It was a pleasure doing business with them all and would recommend if your gonna buy a car Peter Page is the place to go!

Test drove one car if drive two had sign waiver to buy.$26000 Car bought handbrake constantly engaged, side skirt glows under light. Traveling bumps/heavy brake pulls steering. Brakes warped, autotrans problems out of pocket $3900repairs. Just outside 3mths warranty didn't drive at time, contacted pph not their problem told me to pay for inspection, unroadworthy veers right and i pay before they look? They drive 100m to certify cars. Pressured to purchase 3 warranties, reprint contract 3 times, wouldn't tell finance rate or warranty cost, which was 11.99% & 10grand.

The best service l have ever experienced, within 10 minutes of inquiring, l had a phone call from Darren (sales), 5 minutes later bought car, Andrew (finance) organised the deal in half and day, this made the experience so pleasant. They took note of my arrival time, picked me up, even had car washed, filled with petrol, parked out the front organised the sat nav system and printed maps for my 7 hour trip home. The deal worked out $4000 cheaper than in Victoria. Well done Peter Page Holden, l would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone needing a new or used car, your service is without a doubt the best l have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Never EVER deal with this company. bought a brand new car from them, it seems that the minute you take the car home they don't want to know you any more, had to pay for the first service, its free everywhere else, didn't get offered a courtesy car, had to get public transport home and back again. sliced my finger on a faulty door handle, bled like hell, clearly a design issue but they weren't interested, had to argue and eventually after sending a letter to head office and 3 months later they replace the door handle and whilst doing so damaged the door speaker, it has never worked since but they refuse to fix it. had a problem with the ABS, even though there was a recall on this they refused to fix it without payment quoting some clause, so i pay them to fix it, had car all day went to collect (on public transport again) still no curtesy car, and guess what? it wasn't fixed, got to go back again, and still no courtesy car. SAVE YOURSELF THE GREIF BUY A CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. The Ford showroom next door looks good.

Blake was very helpful, patient and professional with the purchase of my new Holden. Blake's communication was excellent and I immediately felt that he is someone I could trust. He informed me of the requirements to finalise the purchase and kept me up to date with the progress in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the purchase and the car comes with a 7 year factory warranty which gives me a peace of mind.

Everyone was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Graham Vardy went above and beyond to help (as I was getting a service body fitted, which took about 4 weeks) I was able to keep my traded car until the new one was ready . Highly recommend this company to purchase a vehicle

They also changed the oil due to a recall that I had no idea about. They were honest which is something I value above all else as my car carries my family. A great experience all round.

Disgusted, I had a fuel problem in my Monaro and thought a major Holden Dealership would be the safest option. WRONG! My issue was not fixed and told untruths to cover his diagnosis. But I was charged $140 with no result. One star is for the service counter.

I have been purchasing cars from there in the last few years and have never had a problem with them the service department or the cars.
I have purchased are a 2012 TOYOTA RAV 4 (currentl) and a 2008 VE SS ute (current) and a 2010 SV6 VE COMMODORE which I used to trade in to buy the ute.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Adam walked me through the whole process and made sure I felt at ease and comfortable the whole way through in purchasing my car and made it a really special experience when I came and picked up my new car.
