Had car serviced and told me that they washed the car but they didnt.

Very unhappy with service. Had to wait in reception just to be ignored, I was quoted a price for replaced part for my 2011 commodore and charged $155 extra, they tried to charge me with engine service even though the car was not due, didnt offer a courtesy car alike other dealerships. I'm Never going back to Peter Page Elizabeth.

I have purchased a few cars through Peter Page Holden and my experience has always been the same. The service from the caryard through the finance department to the service dept is exceptional. Andrew in the finance dept is fantastic and had always gone out of his way to ensure that he got the best option that suited my needs. I will continue to purchase my cars through Peter Page and always recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We went in looking to buy a new vehicle I was approached by a sales consultant Joseph who looked after us and was very knowledgeable on the two vehicles we had chosen Joseph arranged the two vehicles so we could test drive both and because of Joseph's friendly and warm reception we walked away purchasing an Equinox LTV/Z would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to go in and see the friendly sales consultants at Peter Page Holden

Excellent service all round from everyone at peter page. Everything we wanted and asked for they went above and beyond to make sure that's what we got and we did. Car is amazing!!!! Thank you simply are not big enough words!!! We will deffinatly be going back for the Next car in the future!!

Great service! The car is running fantastic, the customer service was amazing AND my car was washed!! 10/10 would recommend!

EXTREMALY DISAPPOINTED !!! CHETED !! PAID FOR OIL FULL SERVICE WHERE OIL ANC OIL FILTER WERE NOT CHANGED !!!!. 18 months ago, I Took my Holden for scheduled log service, paid $377 for service and upon checking the dipstick, I noted the oil was not changed !! I tried to argue with the service manager, I showed him the oil wiled on tissue, only to be told that its how an oil after change is supposed to look like as it mixed up with leftover residue in the sump !!! Furthermore I pre-market oil filter with a small dot of white-out.. Upon checking, I noted the same filter was fitted. So in effect I paid $377 for my car to sit at Peter Page car park, to be then wiped with an oily rug before being handed back. A total disgrace, shame and it is exactly such poor ethics that lead to the holden badge collapse in Australia.

The staff at Peter Page were supportive in the process of buying our new car without being pushy. It was a good quality and friendly experience. I highly recommend buying a car there. I'd do it again!

My wife and I bought a second hand vehicle from PPH. We live in Seaford, which is a fair drive to Elizabeth, but PPH had the car that we really wanted. Andrew in Sales and Andrew in Finance made the whole process super easy. We had the car independently checked and was found to have a couple of significant defects. PPH's service team confirmed the problems and the car was booked in to be repaired. A HUGE shoutout to Maryanne. She listened to our problems, initiated days and times for repairs, assisted us with an interim vehicle and kept us informed during the whole process. Maryanne is a leader in customer service. Wholeheartedly recommend Peter Page Holden.

Heartfelt thanks to Chris, Andrew and the Peter Page team for the assistance they gave my 16 year old daughter when she was purchasing her first car on the weekend. Andrew s guidance and patience with the finance and Chris coming in on his day off to hand her the keys, shows even the little people matter. Was very much appreciated and you guys will definitely be our first stop next time we are car shopping.

I had my car's key remote replaced and programmed here. I was was charged, what I was quoted for the job. No nasty surprises. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Picked up my new car yesterday and couldn t be happier with the service I received, Andrew in sales was great and made sure we knew all the important little features that nobody ever tells you about, Paige was excellent and extremely helpful going through protection packages and was more than happy to answer some unrelated questions too, and Andrew from finance made it all seem so easy, he s clearly done it before once or twice .

Would definitely recommend to anybody I know.

Went in to buy some replacement parts for my Holden. Not expensive parts but they helped me fit them into my car

Blake went above and beyond helping me to purchase a new car, I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend!

Will never go back. 4 visits with a problem. Because nothing showed on diagnostic was told my car was fine. 2 days later car running on 2 cylinders. Only one helpful person in service office. Couldn't even get person assigned to me to return my phone calls.

I can recommend Peter Page Holden, Blake in new car sales and Andrew in finance. Easy to trade-in and buy vehicle plus excellent after sales service. I will always check them out when it comes time for another vehicle.

Took my Rodeo 4x4 in for diagnostic as not engaging 4WD.
Dropped off at 7:30am, I rang at 2:30pm to see if any word on the car.
After 10 mins on the phone I was told someone would call me back.
I had no phone call back so I went in at 5:15 to ask what was happening ?
I was told the problem was diagnosed after 1.5hrs.
Bad still had to fix the problem.
I left the car there.
I rang the next afternoon to see what was happening.
Once again after being on hold for a while I was told someone would call me back.
Got a call back saying it's fixed but a H3 plug needs replacing@ $65 to do the job properly.
I said no to that and to just cut and shunt the wires instead "3 wires"
I was told this had already been done.

I then received a text message to say my car was ready, but the text message had someone else's rego, so not my car .

Got there to pickpup my car and paid the bill of $528 ! And asked to see what they had done.
End result was the H3 connector was cleaned and one terminal fixed.

Now I understand diagnosis can take some time etc, but I was told it was diagnosed after 1.5hrs
I honestly can't see how it would take an extra 2.5hrs @ $132 an hour to clean a plug and plug back in and fix a splayed terminal.

Extremely disappointed with the wrong information I had received not to mention the poor customer service and the huge bill for just a dodgy connector.

Over 2 months later after I was told they would look into it and get back to me.

Never heard a word back, which is a shame as the reason I was getting the rodeo fixed was to sell it.

I ended up trading the rodeo in on a 2014 VF SSV Commodore
Obviously I didn't get the new car from Peter page.

Power steering recall on my vf,very friendly and helpful, also provided a loan car

Salesmen are good, but keep getting the runaround with industry recalls.

Sorry guys, was an error to 2 star and took me this long to fix.

Why not 5? I felt a little too pushed, even for a car salesman. It was some time ago now and forget the name of the sales rep. Otherwise, clean premises and no real need for negative review. (ps: I bought a Ford in the end).

I would like to thank Colin at Peter Page Holden for his excellent service recently. I had some issues with my car, he was very quick to rectify any problems and was very helpful.

I warn everyone in SA DONT buy from this dealership!!
They forgot to transfer the car in my name only did I find this out 6 weeks later when I registered the car at Vic Roads to be told the car was still in the dealerships name. They made an error on my paperwork only charging me $22 in stamp duty and now today I find out that their is bubbles in my tint, my weather shields are coming off and my still plates are coming off. And the dealership couldn't care. Save yourself the trouble and find another Holden Dealership anyone but this one
And my TINT has bubbled, weather shields are coming off and the inside door plates are coming off. Car has been built in correctly on after market features, god knows on standard features such as a wheel change could end? Unless you want a poorly manufactured a car, DONT buy from this dealership!!!!!

I have just completed the purchase of my second car through Peter page holden, and both times have been amazing. Not only do they treat you with respect, they also make the experience so easy from a 24 hour test drive, to doing what they can do meet your budget for finance. Brought vz gto monaro bonnet from parts department nos had some damage but mel was a great help made a hassle free exchange and had bonnet replaced over night very helpful would recommend

Recently used Peter Page Holden service department for the first time and I was very impressed by the friendly service I received. Particularly from Mary Ann, I had some questions which she was only too happy to help me with. She did not make me feel uncomfortable for asking them and was more than happy to take the time and make sure that I was satisfied. The car was clean and sparkling when I picked it up. Well done to the service team at Peter Page Holden, I will definitely be back.

worst service ever experienced. I had to take my car for recall service to fix fuel line and had to wait 10 minutes just to hand in my car. A couple of weeks after the service I noticed the fuel leak so took it back but they didn't accept there mistake and I had to take it somewhere else and paid $500 to fix it.

I thought the guys were awesome. Very professional, friendly, polite, helpful and honest. I certainly would recommend Peter page holden to anyone wanting excellent customer service.. Thank you guys you all were above and beyond.

The team at Peter Page Holden have always been friendly and polite. I have been getting my cars serviced at PPH for over 4 years and they have always had the car ready on time and explained everything they needed to if anything ever needed to be repaired. I purchased my first ever car from PPH in 1999 and the Salesman (who still works there 15 years later) went out of his way to find me what I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Page Holden to anyone that I know. They are also a local Family Owned Business - something that is important in this day and age.

Went in a week ago on Saturday just for a lookgot my car appraised, got exactly what I wanted for it. Andrew the finance Guru of all time had our finance approved within an hour THANKS ANDREW. We then sat with the salesman James who hooked us up with the brand new imported Holden Astra had the paperwork work done and arranged for us to pick up our car in the colour we wanted on Wednesday the day after Anzac Day THANKS JAMES Salesman of the century. Absolutely fantastic service and help.

What a joke had a serious worry about a recall issue staff looked into it and apparently wasn't the problem but still charged us $180.55 to tell us that on top of a one hour job that cost $248.54 overall $472.00 for one hour!! Seriously thanks for the care peter page Holden Elizabeth

Brought my Commodore from them 8 years ago they service it they repaired it they put a new motor in it .I spend $35000 over the years. They gave a good price on oil $37 for 5 litre on average over the last 3 service I have done my self now this time $76 good one spare looking after the regular customer so now I buy it online from them for $50 a bottle

Bought my commodore from here afew years ago and would buy another except Holdens went to the new " rattle tec " motors. Been a great car. Only downside is the cost of parts and servicing. I do all my own work now.

The only reason I have given them a star is so I can comment how useless the customer service was. I know they get busy but in saying that they didn't want to help in any way shape or form. I live a 5hr drive away so all I wanted is some sort of help to say if it was ok to drive, but it was like they wernt interested in the slightest. I'm a born and bred elizabeth boy but I'll be going to port adelaide holdens from now on as there services have been spot on.
