Great place to get your car serviced. I am very impressed. The staff are honest. They are upfront with costs and extremely reasonable i think.
The check list they go thru with you is great, very informative. You take that home so you know if there is anything to be done in the future. I purchased a second hand car there 18 months ago. I am absolutely thrilled with it. I like the way they didnt pressure me.

This was my first time at PPH and I couldn't be happier with their exceptional Service Department.
Allan from service went above and beyond after my car had a major power steering issue. He was professional, efficient and explained everything relevant without talking over me (unlike other dealers I've dealt with in the past) I felt completely at ease with the work the team at PPH were doing on my vehicle thanks to Allan's professionalism.
I also dealt with Maryanne who was bright, bubbly and welcoming. Her customer service and follow up was outstanding.
I highly recommend this dealership and I will be a return customer for sure!
Absolutely useless, called up Monday needing a trans mount replaced. Was quoted $150 and told they had the part, dropped my car off at 8 was told would be done by 10:30 came back at exactly 10:30 and was told they don't have the part and it would be $421for said part.... They did not call me telling me about this, they waited until I came back and they got my car and gave it back. Would defiantly no recommened their services
We recently purchased a second hand car a week ago, and after a week driving around we noticed a slight wheel bearing noise , we returned the car to their service department where they gave us a near new loan car free of charge, we found the Sales Staff and the Parts and Service Department friendly and helpful, we highly recommend Peter Page Holden.

Rude staff. Purchased a vehicle from them and they put it out the back until i could collect it. A week after collecting it i found a damage to the rear panel which wasn't there before they put it out the back. They claimed it wasn't them and i had to pay for repairs to a new car i just bought from them which sat in my garage for a week so theres no way i could've damaged it.
Also had a friend that has had problems with them they ordered the wrong part for his car and they also put a replacement screen into his car which had dead pixels which they wouldnt replace nor give warranty for.
Everyone should avoid this dealership.

The guys at Peter Page Holden gave me an excellent deal on a 2010 Holden Barina. The trade value they gave me for my 2003 Holden Ute was about $1,000 higher than what I was expecting. Even then I told them I was still $800 short of the asking price so they covered all the on road costs for me do I could afford the car.
Then on top of that when there was an issue with the Battery shortly after I left the dealership that left me stranded they bought out a Brand New one at no extra cost.
Excellent service. No complaints.

They low balled my trade-in , offered me some accessories to do the deal at full retail? What a joke!! I then went back to purchase a bonnet protector and stood at the spare parts counter for 30 minutes being ignored by all? I did not even receive acknowledgement of my presence in that time? Thank god for Peter Kittle Holden where I purchased my new Redline Wagon and also now the bonnet protector. I walked into their spares department and walked out with my protector 4 minutes later now that is service Thanks

We had an Engine Control Management light come on the dash of our diesel Captiva. I rang Peter Page & explained the issue and the dilemma of leaving for a road trip on the weekend. They explained they were fully booked until the following Monday, I but if we brought the car in, they'd get to it if possible. We picked our car up that afternoon and the repair cost was very reasonable. Thanks Catherine and team, excellent service.

Went to buy a brand new family car walked around for over 30 plus minutes while 3 people where to busy talking and laughing at stupid random things on social media.. bad experience never will return
Took our car in for a service and a safety check. Car was running good before we took it in. After receiving the car back, directly after the service occurred, the car kept overheating. We topped up our EMTPY coolant tank (which was full before) and now days later the car overheats every 5 minutes. Called up and asked what they had done considering it had never done this before to be told it wasn't their mistake and they weren't taking responsibility for it. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never be doing business with this company again.
I had a fantastic experience here, all the staff were super friendly and I didn t feel pressured at all. From when I first arrived to when I collected my car everything was fantastic, I cannot fault the experience at all.
