Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with my recent service at your Elizabeth dealership. I took my car in for a routine service and mentioned that the wireless charging dock was not working correctly, upon picking my car up they confirmed that it was faulty. I was then informed that I would need to take my car back for further diagnosis, so I then booked it in so they could fully diagnose the issue. I was then informed that they had to order a part in and would need my car again to fix, so again I organized them to have my car for majority of the day to fix the issue. When I went to collect my car, I was told by Catherine that the charger dock would "settle down". Settle down, I'm sorry I don't understand that at all. This does not look like it has been put in correctly at all. I believe this looks more like its been thrown in. ( refer to attached photo).I am disgusted that a major car dealership would even give a car back like this, the dock doesn't even look new as it's faded. On top of all this I was disappointed with Catherine's customer service skills during these multiple visits she was abrupt and rude. It was like she didn't even want to attend to me, not to mention it would have been nice to see her smile although I believe that would have been to hard. When you are one of the people handling the service inquiries and bookings you are the face of that business, a huge reflection on the business, she did not make the reflection on Holden's look good at all. I also dealt with Maryanne who was lovely, polite, smiley and had great customer service. I have not even had my car 5 months yet and the way this has all unfolded has left me highly disappointed Holden's.
