Worst support of any company i have ever dealt with
I used globe electric smart switch. its a very poor design.
If you are looking for cheep/basic smart switch for basement or garage I would be Ok but not ok for a primary rooms.
There are couple of top issues:
1. it dose not work with 5GH WIFI.
2. As per the support if you install the switch then you are not suppose to use it manually ever. that means you should always keep your cell phone with you in your home ??
3. i installed in the bad room. it was easy to connect but my daughter keep pressing the manual button for few seconds and it getting reset to default factory settings. then you have to re connect to a non 5FH WIFI, download the app, pair it again, then setup the google home all over again.
4. Biggest issue i have is the super bright white light on the button it self that can't be turn off !!!
that's deal barker in the bed room at night. I'm just glad i did not replace all the switch else i wont be able to sleep.
5. On the manual it say white light suppose to turn off when you turn off the button it self. when i called customer care. they flat lied on my face saying we printed that in the manual by mistake and its a feature !!
I would not recommend this product to anyone.
I bought a lamp under warranty to have it replaced. I submitted my request in mid-September 2020 and after several recall attempts I still have no news from them. It's been almost five months of waiting !!!

Horrible quality, bought mine at Costco, had them replace the bulbs( 3pack) twice. They worked for 2 months and they are flickering, one even has the green light burnt out...after several emails to Globe they requested pictures and receipts, after sending what they requested, they now want me to mail them the faulty bulbs for examination...they try to make you feel like you are trying to rip them off for a bulb! WTF globe...I will look into Phillips hue, as for this incompetent company, I will never purchase their products again...
Trying to obtain a replacement shade for a light fixture from this company. You NEVER get a live person on the phone. Purchased the product from Lowes who does not carry the replacements. We have left many voicemails and a request via e-mail to try to get someone to respond. 3 weeks later still no call or e-mail. Maybe if I post this in English AND they will call me ??????

Purchased a ceiling light fixture online, which was drop shipped to my home. It was of extremely inferior quality, as was the Customer Support. If I am calling you with a LEGITIMATE quality issue, is does not endear me to your Company if I am forced to engage with a rude, snarky Representative who is also not truthful. A Canadian company doing business in the US would do better being more competitive with Customer Support, rather than further antagonizing a Customer to the point that they feel obligated to write negative reviews about the product AND the Company!
Woudlnt buy again, globes that wont pair even after I deleted my whole 5.0ghz network. Pretty damn expensive for white globes if they cant pair...
Hello I called 2 weeks ago to request a return for a defective exterior light, well I had very good telephone service and the young man told me that I would have my light in 2 weeks and I would got it on time!
I bought an "adjustable" light fixture and have been calling leaving messages on their customer service line for months because this is apparently the only way I can attempt to get a hold of someone to ask how to adjust the lights since the instructions don't explain anything! No one has contacted me back in my 7 messages to them. Worst customer service and the lights are horrible quality. Save your money!
I bought 6 LED bulbs and 4 of them did not last more than a year and a half. Even if they are guaranteed 5 years, we did not want to replace them. Finished for me the results of Globe.

One of my lights started malfunctioning and I reached out to the this company and I must say I was impressed with how great their customer service is. They took care of my problem quickly and easily. I also must say I love their smart lights. We have a few of them around the house and love turning our apartment into a party at night with the party mode setting.

My Globe product works very well. It has great colors and produces awesome light. I'm going to be honest, it is quite difficult to get everything connected and setup, but once its setup you won't be disappointed. I contacted customer service, and Phillipe was great. He was very helpful and with his help, I was able to setup my light. I rate Globe 4/5
This company advertises an 11 year warranty on one of their light bulbs. I tried to contact the company twice, filling out their warranty form, sending in copies of my original receipt, for two burnt out bulbs that are two years old and I have been ignored completely. I highly recommend seeking other makers.

Awesome customer service! I bought 3 light fixtures from Lowes and didn't install these until our kitchen remodel was complete about 8 months later. 1 of the 3 light fixtures had broken globes. I contacted customer service and they are sending new globes at NO CHARGE!! Great company and will continue to buy these beautiful fixtures for the rest of the house.
