This place disappointed me more than once,
They messed up my daughter's order,
They ignored and took the order of the guy behind me on line.
2 weeks later I tried again this time, the girl took my order but somehow she forgot about it and left me there waiting for more than 20 minutes while other customers who came after me left with their orders.
The staff is super friendly. The food amazing one of the best in Glendale

They need a separate line for pick up and one for ordering. During their busy tines, they need more them one person taking orders and handing out orders. It was ridiculous to have a 2nd cashier open after the line goes from 20 down to 1

Since they got new owners. The bagels arent as good, matter of fact they are pretty bad. I can get a better bagel at the deli, workers got lazy since new owners, and they dont make egg sandwiches til late, Not like they used to be. Super garbage now.
Good bagels and good prices but who wants to wait 50 minutes for 4 bagels and a bacon egg and cheese When there s only 5 people ahead of you? When you go to a breakfast spot like this you expect to be in and out in 15 minutes. Even 20 minutes would ve been a long wait but acceptable. 50 minutes is a whole other level of inefficiency that I can t understand.
People ordering through Seamless and GrubHub should not take precedence over people who physically walk into your shop, since they have the luxury of waiting for their food in the comfort of their homes. There has to be some kind of balance.
They should also tell you when you re ordering that there s gonna be a long wait for your food so people can plan accordingly. It s perfectly reasonable for someone to want a bagel or two when they re in a rush.
Love the new look. Had not been in since the renovation!! Great job. The bagels are huge and taste great. The cream cheese is fresh!!! Can not say enough about this location. Will be back often!!
Great stop for a quick snack along with their famous homemade BAGELS.
Always quick prompt service. The employees are always very well mannered and straight to business. I've come here several times and am always pleased. They have great iced coffee.
Not at all what they used to be.
Prior to new ownership, you had fantastic bagels and great food. It was fairly cheap, made quickly, and the people working at the counter really put out good vibes. I enjoyed every visit.
Flash forward to now, the bagels are about the only draw, because everything else has gone down the tubes. The lady that usually works the counter tends to carry around a bit of an attitude, just about everything is insanely priced, and at times, you can wait what feels like centuries for the simplest order.
Even the bagels have gotten a bit worse and smaller, but for the most part, they're still really good. It's still a shame that the best bagel joint in Queens got turned into this. Come for the bagels, but if you're hoping for good and inexpensive service, stay away. I'll forever miss the old Glendale Bagels.
My place for early morning coffee and cream cheese bagel for years. They know me here, so it is fun when they know how you take your coffee and what you love on the bagel. Good brunch and nice staff.

Bagels were good but my jalapeno cream cheese was definitely sour. Maybe they added new cream cheese to the old cream cheese,I'm not sure but I couldn't finish it.
Super long wait even with there being more employees then customers but somehow they still manage to mess up orders
The food here was amazing. To notch Lox bagel with cream cheese. It hit all the important notes. Get there early though if you want a garlic bagel. When I showed up at 10am they we're out.

Only turnoff was this was the first bagel shop that charges "extra" for the rainbow bagels.
They never have what you want. I had to reorder my sandwich 4 times before they had the ingredients and then I ended up paying $9 for a sandwich on a roll I didn't even want. Just go to a deli and pay regular bodega prices that taste exactly the same. Everyone has an attitude all the time too. Who would've thought the renovation would make this place trash.
Don't let the renovation fool you they have gone completely downhill. The lady by the register is consistently rude for no reason and they're letting people in and out without masks on

The tall girl that is most of the time behind the counter was always rude but she got a lot worse! Asked if she can cut the bagels she said she will but dhe had to charge me. Woops! There goes the tip girl,is not what you say is how you say it. And you are there because of the customers.
No matter the time that I arrive here they always seem to be out of the bagels that I want but, otherwise, they do have good food and good service.
The first bagel store I go to and they don't know to properly slice in the bagels in half. Every time I go the same girl cuts the bagel and it looks horrible. I would think that they would train their employees on how to cut bagels in half properly so it looks at least presentable when I eat it. It like the same thing every time I go. The employee who cuts the bagels never wears gloves and even has dirty finger nails.
They have more people behind the counter than in front and it is so inefficient. I ordered two bagels, people who ordered after me left before me, when I asked about my order they then started to prepare our bagels. They got my order wrong, when I brought it back they scooped out the old cream cheese and put the one I'd asked for, what if I'd had an allergy?! The avocado they put on my friend's was a joke, small pen cap sized strips that were not ripe. I'll not be going back
Love this place. Owners and workers are very nice, bagels are delish and fresh always, other food looks good too but I haven't tried other things yet, and the place is clean and cute

Bagels might look great but don't come here if you want your food with a side of bitter lousy service. Besides being annoyed that they don't have capers to go with my bagel lox on a Sunday morning, they also didn't have crossants. I also tried to order three other things on the menu that they didn't have. No stars for customer service but 3 stars for the workers making the food at a speedy pace.

You can't argue with dense, chewy bagels. Prices are pretty good, and its the best bagel I've had in this area (ridgewood/bushwick/Glendale). Maybe even beats a lot of bagels I've had in other parts of brooklyn and manhattan.

The bagels are huge and made fresh. No need to toast because they're never stale. The prices are reasonable but there's no parking. Definitely worth a try
The worst they waited a whole hour and 15 minutes to tell me they don t deliver to my address. On top of that they allowed anybody to pick up the phone and take orders the worst bengal shop in Brooklyn don t waste your time or money. It s pointless.
