My 5 year old son is on the spectrum for Autism. I started working with Comprehensive Behavior Supports when I moved back to Rockland County over the spring. They have been extremely professional and my son has one of the best BCBA's I have ever worked with. The local therapist they found is also amazing and I couldn't be happier with their services. I moved back from here from Seattle and was very concerned that I wouldn't receive quality ABA therapy. Comprehensive Behavior Support has been a savior from my son, he is learning and growing and enjoying the therapy. It feels so good to have found their services. I would highly recommend working with them. In addition to the quality therapy they provide, the staff and owner of the company has helped me in so many ways with figuring out insurance and answering any of my questions. They are a great company that truly cares about helping children on the spectrum.

I think that this program is ok. The Behavior Analysis is amazing and is so good. I think they need more para professionals that are experienced. My son is very defiant and persistent and extremely smart. They sent me a newly hired para to work with him and it seems that she can not handle my son, totally not the right fit. I feel like they are just filling a slot and not really placing the child with the right fit. I was giving this provider one more month then I am looking for someone else.

This place is a wonderful organization! They help many people and have done many great things. All of the case managers really know what they are talking about, and are super on top of making sure that all hiccups are dealt with in a timely fashion. The intake coordinator was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and I could not be any happier! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, CBS!

Our son is on ABA since 2015. we dealt with different ABA providers. This was the worst ABA provider ever.
They neglect their clients request and ignore their needs. In addition to that they are very slow

The experience I had with them is amazing caring for you and making sure that my child is progressing, starting from intake with Ezra who is amazingly helpful and the case manager Cassandra she is also very helpful, I definitely will recommend you to use them.

Worst agency. They send you people that haven't had any experience new ! When your dealing with kids and their behaviors experience is the key. Parents please don't waste your money on this agency if your child is going through a difficult time hire an agency with experience and care. I'm already in the hole they already started their 7 hour initial! Intake nothing I can do but never ever coming to them once the hours that were granted for him are over. I'm sorry I came to them

My child recently faded out from this agency and we've had the best services throughout our time there. The CBS staff, the BCBA, and the paras were amazing and they became like family. I strongly recommend CBS!

Their clinical director, ms Adina trashed out her own staff and blamed them for mistakes she s done. Her staff was friendly and helpful but she was not easy to deal with. The BCBA that worked with our child left because of her as well. It was just too much.

Not an advice at all!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Not an advice at all!! DO NOT TRUST THEM.
My child started ABA sessions with them after 3 months of very slow intake process.
then they send untrained therapist, who has no experience at all with autistic kids (they did phone interview with her only!!). even the BCBA was really surprised!!
Their response to client is extremely slow (every step takes weeks from them.)
Autistic kids need every minutes, do save your time and your child time and DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER.
===================
Update:
------------
I already spoke to the Manager. he apologized and tried to say good words but NO Changes have been made!!!
Instead we had increased careless and they sent another untrained therapist.
This provider was a wasting of time and money.

I reached out to many ABA agencies by the end of 2016 hoping to get my low-functioning 5 years old some ABA service. Most of them just said they don't accept my insurance and hang up, CBS was the only one who offered help. My son has been receiving services since April 2017, and is making slow but steady progress. My son used to be self-injured whenever he's not in the right mood, now he still does, but only if the tantrum is really bad. My BCBA and case manager always replied my email promptly. BCBA comes once a week to supervise the therapists and to monitor my son's progress. And I'm surprised that the therapists we first started in April 2017 are still working with my son now, I know they are college students and the job is boring and repetitive and my son is not a good student, so I'm really appreciated all the help from CBS!!

Had a great experience with this agency.
Therapist, Ivana & Senovia were wonderful. My child has made great progress since they started working with my child.
Rebecca, the case manager inquired from time to time to make sure things were going well.
Highly recommend.

We started off a little rocky, but things are wonderful now. We went through 3 therapists, but the company worked with us for every step until our son found the right connection with his therapist (which I admit could have happened with any agency). He is now making wonderful progress. The BCBA that supervises is also wonderful and caring. Both really care about our son. When we had issues with our insurance, management was very helpful and resolved everything for us. We use the NJ location.

I changed my name for the purpose of anonymity. I am a therapist with this agency and I don t enjoy working with the clinical director. She is not pleasant to work with and will make your life miserable if you are on her bad side. I ve heard a few BCBAs complaining about her but they are too afraid to voice anything.
It s somewhat of a shame because they have solid clinical ethics and they are a serious agency compared to the others I ve worked with.

As a clinician, it is sometimes hard to find a place where you can focus on what you're trained to do and have a strong administrative support team behind you for everything else, but I have found that at CBS. From my initial application to interview and on, everything was handled so quickly and in a friendly manner. Thanks!

Do not send your child here. I repeat do not send your child. There are plenty other organizations out there that will provide exceptional aba therapy for your child. Director of agency Aina is very unprofessional and insulting. They don't not put your child's needs first. And she informed me she did my child and I a favor. Very insulting to think I'm the one who sought out services from this agency for my child. The therapist was awesome and case manager but everyone else was unprofessional. I never met the new bcba and she deemed in a 20 minute meeting that my child could not get services at a particular location, although he has been getting services there for over 5 months. As a result they interrupted my child flow of things and services that would benefit him. I would never recommend anyone with an autistic child to get services from them.
