Today we came to Charlotte for the ACC Championship. We ve been coming for 5 years and today was the worst experience going into the stadium. These Pros were not professional at all. The security attendant went through my entire bag and confiscated my son s unopened candy and bottle of water. I didn t mind them confiscating the items but others in my group had the same items and theirs were not confiscated. The attendant was rude and threw my son s items across the table and said you can buy candy in the stadium .

Feel safe & secure with this group searching me! I feel safer being checked, than someone who walks into an event with weapons and intoxicated. Rules are posted on line prior to events for most Venues. ShowPros has protocol if someone does not want to follow the rules. They do a great job!

at east gate captain puts one person or reject him from coming in the game because he had a mini liquor bottle and tore his ticket up that was good but the next person could not hardly walk and just because his ticket was on his phone they let one of his friends help him in the game the captain name was Shelley so if you drink go in at east gate

I don't know what kind of people they hire to work these events! It was like an episode of MADtv. No idea what they are doing, it's like someone hired all their over 50 aunts to run security. The worst!

Staff is very rude at events makes the company look very unprofessional

This is a terrible company and I don t advise anyone to use them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I went to a Carolina Panthers game and one of their workers dropped and broke my phone while going through the metal detectors. After reviewing the cameras they CONFIRMED that it was their fault and they would replace only the screen even though my actual phone was broke. I spoke with a guy name Tim Roberts who told me that they were sorry they broke my phone but they would not pay to fix it only to replace the screen. That s their policy. What good is that if the phone is broke. I think that this is a terrible policy and that if one of the staff members breaks someone s phones while going through security they should pay to get it fixed. I even spoke with the corporate office and they don t care either. I don t recommend anyone to use this company as they do not care about the people that they service.

I spent $800 on tickets to the Justin Timberlake show and was 10 minutes into his performance when we were physically pushed from our location. This instigated a anxiety attack, I asked if we could go to our vehicle for a moment to deal with the issue. Mark Cohen (in a red shirt) said only she (my wife) could leave and only for 5 minutes. When I asked for his name he said he was busy while standing next to me.. I am a active concert goer, but I have never been handled so poorly by a event staff manager than I was today. I will inform all I know to steer away from events that are maintained by this company from here on.

Harassed by their staff at a Panthers game. Will be reporting person to company and Panthers org. Completely unreasonable rude and threatening behavior. They crossed lines asking me for MY personal information (name, PSL account number) to report as a security issue when I asked for their name and name of their supervisor.

I missed Robert Plant walking out on stage because a Show Pro guy (working front between LC and CR) leaned right in front of me to scold a lady 3 people down from me for trying to take pics with a flash . I know you have a job to do, but I paid a lot of money for the tickets, flight, and hotel to take my son to that concert, and it was not professional for the pic police to steal that moment from me.

Terrible service!! Rude workers!! Most disorganized event we've been to and we've been to 3 bowl games the last few years. Workers just as confused as the event goers about where the bag check was located. Stood in line for an hour and had to start over in another line. I hope Charlotte has other options from hiring these clowns.

Staff member was extremely rude to a person living with a physical handicap. They were rude and argumentative with event volunteers and disregarded police leadership.

Staff members were extremely helpful and polite. Extended their courtesy and professionalism to ensure event goers had a great experience while providing a safe environment for entire venue. Thanks to all for your stellar services!
