Wasn't in the arena. Just went to the Glasgow Club gym, wiz awrite. My only complaint is the showers. A world class facility let down by scalding showers on l4 and showers that go hot and cold within seconds on l2. Also the sit down/disabled shower in male changing l2 is far far too hot at it coldest setting. Potential harm to someone that cant articulate or cant move quickly enough. Get it sorted.

The gym is great with very friendly helpful staff. I recently joined the spa which has been great for my weekend workouts. Only issue is that it can be difficult to park on Celtic matchdays although this seems better managed this season.

The venue is great. Location is good and parking was easy to find, within a few minutes walk for free. We were there for the European Championships 2018 and had a brilliant time.
DSLR cameras were allowed, not every venue allow this so I thought I should mention.
A few small negatives - it was quite warm in the Velodrome, but it's been and unusually warm summer so I won't pin that on the venue.
I found the food options a little limited, hot dogs, nachos, crisps and choc bars along side soft and alcoholic drinks. There may have been more on offer but a lack of menu didn't help.
Finally the seating, while fine, was a little uncomfortable for a 3 hour event - the trip for snack was needed to stretch as much as to get a drink for the heat. Overall a good venue and I'd definitely go again.

Well equipped Gym with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. BUT the Air Condition works a lot and it is veryyy cold! I am catching constantly cold and already two friends of mine have stopped coming because of that. ACs are very unhealthy and I can t understand the exaggeration of its work. I know that nothing will change with my comment but I just wanted to say that it s so unfair for us with not to so strong immune system like others we can t get stronger by exercising because of ACs. I like this gym and it s the only close to my home so I just trying to go at the end of the day when the ACs are low and fully dressed. Finger crossed not to catch a cold.

Equipment is pretty advanced re the resistance / controlled machines. Cardio equipment is great too.

The gym is however idiot proofed......which is testiment to the equipment.

It's ok for an occasional visit as it's small and generally overcrowded after 5.30pm. Great for people watching and opportunities to meet all sorts of friendly randoms which is all part of the experience.

We have been here a few times and every time I go I say I'm not going back. We visited for the basketball last night and the facilities are great, comfy enough seats and good views, but the parking is a nightmare. 30 mins to get out of the car park with one traffic light controlled exit is a joke. This place has been open for 4 years and should have improved during this time.

Misleading information about day only tickets for the snooker. As it turned out on the day, only an all day ticket was available. Much more expensive. While it didn't cause a huge problem, they might have been honest over the phone. Perhaps that would be too boring.

Great venue to watch cycling but eat before you get there or take your own with you.

Food & drink offering is beyond poor for the price your expected to pay with absolutely zero healthy choices given it's audience.
