It is that I cannot give stars minus, otherwise this company would have got minus.
Communication has been messy, unprofessional and stiff from the start. Apart from the fact that I get three times different information from three different employees, so that as an entrepreneur you simply do not know where you stand, sometimes you simply do not get an answer and sometimes it takes 3 weeks before you even receive a response. The responses are often not the answer to your question, but a simple ignorant response to the handling of email communication.
They initially charge a 15% fee for what they call service platform: The two members who work out with me were acquired through my own marketing channels. What exactly do I pay for? The employee had little reaction to this: "Okay, maybe we can offer 10%". For the time being, what exactly do I pay the fee for?
Fast forward 3 months later: My members are now exercising in my gym for their 3rd month, but no payment from High Five yet. There has already been withheld from the members and the company where the members work has already been invoiced, but they think an extra month payment is the most normal thing in the world. As an entrepreneur you are pre-financing. You will also receive incorrect invoices. (they had to share this up to 2 times via a news message)
My members are not satisfied with this organization and will complain extensively through their employers.
Absolutely ignorant staff. Worthless company.
