Stayed with 10 others in a large villa and played golf for 6 days. Accommodation standard was fantastic but the resort was slow at fixing faults and had a poor knowledge of its own property. Check in was diabolically slow but this was down to one poor member of staff. The golf facilities, staff and service were first rate and we were able to play on all three courses even though Hurricane Irma had hit just a week before. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook only this time push for better hotel service faster.
