Excellent the place, the facilities and the cleaning service ... but the reception was terrible.
They did not notify us of the codes for each area, the first day we needed additional sheets for a bed and it took them 2 and a half hours to come. We had to go to the reception 3 times to look for them (until at 11:30 p.m. we demanded that they not promise to send them more than we removed them) the reception staff always with a bad face and do not inform the client or speak.
