I will never stay in this luxury resort again. The room wasn t luxury at all and neither was the service or anything else about this stay. You can t charge $20 a drink and call yourself luxury. There wasn t really anyone staying the week we went until the last 2 days and they put us in a room right beside the highway. Let me do this in point form:
Our safe didn t work
Highway was loud you could hear everything
Ants in the room
Outdated
The pool was dirty every day
The service at the bar in the waterpark was terrible. You would wait a half hour for a drink and this was the busiest day we were there- it still wasn t even that busy because there were plenty of chairs still.
Also, you know how many people are scheduled to be in your resort you need to up the staff.
There were no towels at the waterpark.
They locked our keys out at 11am when checkout was confirmed for 1pm. We were in the pool behind our room until 1230 with no car keys and luckily one phone so we could call security to let us in. Otherwise we would have to walk all the way to the hotel which was across the highway. Once again no one in sight working other than the guy power washing the building.
When we asked for fresh sheets nobody would pick up the sheets we left out of the room for literally days!!! Did you forget about us because you stuck us in the corner in nowhere land?
There s no place to dry your bathing suits from the water park
We ran out of garbage bags and coffee filters and basically everything you need to stay for 9 days. Housekeeping should know how long we re staying so we don t have to call down for items.
I will never be returning to this resort ever and I suggest you don t either. Bonnet creek is 100 times better than this place and it s not listed at luxury .
