It has been years since our kids were young enough to ride these rides, but the place is still, today, every bit as magical...

Cost, age of rides (albeit part of the nostalgic charm), summertime crowds make it hard to fully enjoy.

Always good fun esp for the kids . We are locals have been coming here for many years . First with our children and now our grandchildren.

Great for younger children, under 10 but not so much for the older ones ... limited amount of rides that catch the excitement of those young at heart. Great deal on Wristband Wednesday, unlimited rides between a certain time for a small chunk of change (compared to the cost of tickets) ... well worth it! All staff members were extremely friendly and family oriented, great layout of rides and right on the boards!

Love it! Nothing like it in Missouri! I live in Missouri all my life. Not now! Now I live Gillian's!!!

Fun place but expensive if you have a few kids. Gets crowded around 7ish and hard to move around so you might want to go a little earlier. No secure place to lv the stroller so your pushing that around. Plenty of rides for the young ones. Log flume was the 5yr Olds favorite.

The kids have so much fun! Stuff for the little ones as well as the bigger kids. Several classic rides.

It has fun rides good food, lots of food, and it has a beach you can go down to, and the best part is its in New Jersey!

Great family atmosphere and tons of fun stuff. A bit expensive though...they need to go back to 2 ticket kid rides.

Went a few days ago. I have be going here since I was a kid. I was disappointed that many rides were closed. I also think some rides are overpriced. I hope this park updates/adds rides!

Great place for kids. Rides for kids of all ages. Place is kept very clean.

We had a birthday party there for our grandson. The price was reasonable. Kids got to go on all the rides they wanted. The food in included pizza, alot of pizza plus drinks and cupcakes. We got our own cake.

Staff was friendly and helpful. If you in OCNJ and have kids from 2 to whatever, I highly recommend this place.

Very big and something for everyone to do. A little expensive but it's at the end of boardwalk so that's to be expected. My 1 year old had fun on their kiddie rocket ride!

Good experience, clean, friendly staff, feels a bit expensive at $1/ticket and some rides being 5 tickets for a ~4 minute experience.

I have always loved the Gillian's! It is great to be able to take my kids there now. There are many rides and games for all ages. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even with the high volume of people, Gillian's keeps the pier clean. Well worth the trip if you're on the boardwalk!

A visit to Gillian's is a mandatory summer visit for our family! Even more fun after Labor day!

Great place for young children, moderately priced , best time to go is around 6 or 7 on a Saturday or in the summer.

The rides are typical boardwalk fare, but there are plenty and the kids have a great time. Great view from the ferris wheel on a clear night.

Cool little amusement park on the OCNJ boardwalk. Great pre-season ticket deals...

It was a great night, but considering they have from what I counted, 5 rides that were broken or closed and you dont know until you drove down there, def aggervating. And its not like you'll get a discount or anything from them for that!

There was nothing to rate. The amusement rides were closed for the season.

Very disappointed! We have been visiting the Ocean City boardwalk for generations and we always spend an evening at the Wonderland Pier; however this year we were so disappointed by the changes! They have implemented an electronic ticket system ("tickets" are loaded onto a card which is swiped at the entrance to each ride) which is HORRIBLE! Not only does the swiping of the card take MUCH longer than handing over tickets - when it works and we encountered a number of instances where multiple swipes were required before the card would read - but having tickets on a card makes it impossible for a group to split up. While the young children were waiting to ride smaller rides the older children had to stand around rather than being able to take a few tickets and go on their own ride.

Also, many of the rides were closed which was not made obvious until after we had purchased our tickets.

Overall I was VERY disappointed in the decline that has occurred at this park and will not be visiting again in future. For real family fun head to Playland's Castaway Cover on 10th ST!

It's a wonderful place for smaller kids ... it totally captures an earlier era. We love living in Ocean City!

Great with little kids (mine are 2 and 4). Not too big, not too small. Convenient restrooms and parking.

Still love it 2 decades later, but hate to admit that Castaway Cove is where it's at now. Although Gillian's is great for the nostalgia.

Great rides, cheap prices, good boardwalk food selection, clean, large variety of rides, seems very safe.

Very lively, lots of things to do, on the OCNJ boardwalk.

Good time for kids and families prices not to bad. Lacks a formidable eatery. Purchased funnel cake at stand and they totally over cooked it!

Enjoyment at its peak. I would love to recommend this place for kids especially in this hot season.

Kids had real fun time out there.

Not as nice as Castaway Cove, but more rides for smaller kids. But many of the rides are really old and dont feel as safe.

Great place to make memories. Child friendly, rides for all ages, not too big..not too small...JUST RIGHT! Being right on the boardwalk it's easy to grab a bite, hit the beach, make a day or month of it and never get board!

Today my daughter was on the bumper cars for the 1st time and got frustrated and started to cry, the person running the ride hopped in the car with her and made her have so much fun. What a great girl!!!

The little kids can't get enough of this amusement Mecca. There are a few Big Kids rides too. A good time was had by all every visit.

Many rides not operating, Ferris wheel, pirate ship, log flume and 2 others, roller coaster gone from years past, kiddie rides ok, but for those any older park seems to be going down hill

It's a good place for kids and rides on the OC boardwalk.

Perfect amusement center for the under-13 crowd. No video games or pinball. Beautiful old working carousel

It's an option to do something in a small beach town. Rides are short, prices are high, but there are glimpses of fun to be had.

Very fun amusement park. Really nice for the younger kids as well. Bathroom are usually clean and they have an attendant that sits I. Front.

Terrible ride selection, ride attendees dont even check your children's belt .. waste of time and money

I absolutely love this place on the boardwalk. Started taking my kids there 20 years ago and went back last night during a visit to Ocean City. It is designed for the youngsters. The cost of the rides isn't that bad either. Little brothers fighting with sisters on who gets to ring the fire truck bell. Vice versa on who gets to sit in the front seat to "steer" the boat.
Looking at all the moms and dads, I can see in them now, the same joy I had years ago when my kids were on these rides.
My favorite part and so happy they still do it..."grab the brass ring", on the carousel. So many kids have done it over the decades it is polished and smoothed.
Here's to hoping and praying I can take my grandchildren there one day.

Great place for 3-5 year olds to burn off some steam. Tickets are discounted in the early season (April).
