Nice dudes running the company. The most honest guys than I know how to do business in 21-st century.
I have been with Giffgaff before they were even famous from back 2012.
Now in 2020 I won't switch to another to another network even for free.
Good job boys, ignore the haters

Totally useless

Totally useless

Topped-up my account with my credit card. Activated the card ok but only to discover I cannot call or text the family outside the UK.
Multiple messages sent to their "support agents" result in smoke-and-mirrors-type answers.
20 quids + lot of time and efforts gone into thin air

Will ban you from the community without a second thought if you do not conform to their opinions and if you question the "thought police" (Educators) you are banned from their forum which is their main customer support channel

Signal is poor. Rates are poor and the internet is super slow. Think slower than dial up.

Whilst services works, getting additional SIMS is absolutely appalling.

Order online and says SIM on its way and weeks later still waiting.

Ended up getting extra connections needed from EE.

Your online, agent helps options are useless as there are only preselected options.

Giffgaff offers great coverage, great prices and a great community. Plus, you are never tied into a contract meaning that you can change/end your plan whenever you wish. You can buy phones at great prices too!

Thieves.

Thieves.

They promised payment for selling a phone to them and they haven t paid it s been over a week now and the 1 business day payment has been a lie.

It s the first time I have ever had to issue a letter before action with intent to actually go to court.

It baffles me how this company can operate when it has stolen so many peoples phones! What s more shocking is the media aren t interested in this.

Started off well.. then all the coverage and signal disappeared one year in. Multiple complaints. Tried new sim cards. Nothing. They said its our phones. We switched to another network and surprise surprise our phones were just fine. On switching however, GiffGaff then stole all the remaining top up and closed our accounts without notice. Then demanded information from the accounts they shutdown to provide a deadlock letter so we can escalate and report them to the Ombudsman. A bunch of nasty thieves. Avoid the hell out of this company.
