I signed up for UGS this past January because I heard a lot of positive reviews about the company from an acquaintance. I had been toying with the idea of getting them to protect my home prior to that chance discussion. In retrospect, I wish I had taken this decision earlier! The company has well trained personnel that ensure that they cover their beat and keep the property well protected. They even gave me suggestions about the things that I can do when I am in a tight security situation anywhere in the world. This is something I may never get from other firms.

My impression of and experience with UGS was overwhelmingly positive. I was handling multiple aspects of a large event which required security at different times each day, and the security piece of the event was something that I didn't need to worry about at all. The guards were incredibly professional and polite and made my job so much easier. They showed up on time, answered my questions, and maintained contact with me when requested. I have no complaints whatsoever, and even recommended UGS to the vendor who was handling the rentals for my event.

This is a honest review and I just want to get the word out for those security officers who are looking for stable work with a company that actually has room for you to grow. I ve been with United Guard Security going on three years I started as a standing guard and two years later I am now the field supervisor. I ve worked for other big named companies but when they said there is room for growth it was never shown but with Ismael Zita what he says he will do and having the amount of respect that he does for his officers made it very easy to stay with the company this long. So the point is if your looking for employment with a good company where you can get promoted by putting in hard work this is the place to be and if your looking for services I would highly recommend contracting UGS.

I have known United Guard Security for approximately 3 years as Center Manager of Victory Shopping Center. The staffs from UGS are always punctual/functional and professional. The guards at all times present themselves in a clean and well groomed manner. On occasion the Center has needed to request guards at very short notice and these requests have always been met. The office staffs are always friendly and helpful and no job is either too small or too large for this company. The teams at UGS are very capable and have helped us through many seasons with minimum disruption to services.

Great security company. They currently work at my apartment complex and do an excellent job. Since starting they have cleaned up all our problems. From unwanted guests abusing our property, cars being vandalized and stolen. We have had zero issues since they started. We also received great feedback from one of our vendors about the gentleman in Registration on Friday night, when we had the unexpected event of the fire. The guard did a great job making sure our vendor s computers were secured. In addition, all of our exhibitors all pointed out what a great job your team did checking badges, which is imperative for them to feel their investment is protected and their materials secure.
