I am very pleased with the service from the people at JBerg Associates. My wife and I talked with 3 other insurance companies and decided JBerg was the most knowledgeable. Making a decision on Long Term Care insurance was difficult because all of the changes. But we finally found a product we liked at a price we could afford. If you are considering TLC include this company in your search.

Actually it should be 4.5 stars! The only reason I knocked off 1/2 was because Diane mistakenly left some presentation materials that she had to return for. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I loved the fact that she was able to present multiple quotes, each having something a little different and at different price points that she let me decide on. No heavy push in any one direction. No pressure presentation.
Great company to work with. They absolutely know the Medicare Supplement business and have made me look good with every referral I have sent their way, (at least 6 i the last year). Jessica at the front desk is sweet as pie!

Excellent and knowledgeable company. They really helped us work through final expense/ burial insurance and presented 3 scenarios to let us make the decision. And it was surprisingly affordable! As with the previous on LTC, my wife and I are very happy with our recent purchase of Long Term Care from J.Berg Assoc. It's not necessarily cheap...But it's a lot less expensive than the cost if we ever needed. All insurance is a bet. We decided to get covered and make sure the burden did not fall on our children should we require LTC services. Our rep, is Mr. Greco. He is excellent and I would highly recommend you speak with him.
I've dealt with and purchased all kinds of insurance over the years. Everything from car and life insurance to a 25 person group health plan. I like JBerg because they lay out the facts, prices, short comings and advantages. They give you their honest opinions and then let you make the decisions. No hard sell, no pounding me n the phone. Our representative Mark F was very pleasant to work with, smart and friendly.
Figuring out Medicare Supplements is crazy. Really!! But this company had all the answers. My wife and I selected plans that our old company never even offered us. For Medicare Supplements like they say "go with a pro". They are just that at Berg Assoc. Thanks for a job well done y'all. TCP
I promised my friends at Berg Associates a review after the dust settled from switching our Medicare Advantage program. We got better coverage that better fit our situation and it did not cost a nickel more. We are very pleased with the professional approach to our Medicare insurance.
Great job by Mark Filer in guiding us through open enrollment. Actually, Medicare is a pretty good deal, especially if you find a supplement that is affordable and makes sense. We have been bombarded with Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans for the last several months! Mark did a great job. Both Jen and I thank you.
We were very pleased with the level of service and knowledge from Diane F of J Berg Associates. With all the different Medicare Supplement policies out there, it can get confusing. I filled out a form on their website and got an email and then a call from Diane. She was pleasant, easy to talk to and understanding. If you don't get your Medicare selections right you could be spending needless money and Diane was able to guide us in the right direction. I won't tell you what plan (of the 5 we considered!) we signed up for because each plan is soooo different and you will select what is best for you. You really need an expert. I felt that J Berg gave me a professional, career insurance person to work with and not somebody who was just picking up a few extra bucks on the side. Been there done that. Diane did not push any particular plan. She asked a lot of questions and did help guide our selection. She was not pushy or condescending. With a large company, that typically starts at the top and that is why we selected J Berg. I told them I would write a review on my actual experience. Here it is.
Just spent 2 hours with Ryan at JBerg explaining the Open Enrollment opportunities I had with the new Medicare Advantage plans. Really, you gotta be a scientist and mathematician to figure this stuff out. Kudos to Ryan for taking his time and getting me into a more economical Medicare Advantage plan without sacrificing my wallet in the long run. What a life saver. At least with my wife, we had the right plan that we stayed with. Great guy, great company to work with.
Good company with smart, attentive agent(s). I am very pleased with they way they conduct their business, showed me several alternatives, and with the final medicare policy I purchased. I would recommend this company to anybody shopping for Medicare insurance policies.
I agree with my cousin who reviewed this company a while ago. We were introduced to Mr. Greco who guided us through some LTC decisions that did not exist several years ago. I'm glad we waited because we were able to purchase an LTC policy that combined LTC care along with life insurance. It made a ton of sense to us and we are glad we were introduced to Mr. Greco. No oversell. No pressure. Easy decision.
They hired or run a call center in Creve Coeur. They've been calling me since before I turned 65 trying to get into my home to "update" my information. My phone number is on both the Missouri and Federal NO-CALL LISTS, but when asked to remove my phone number from their list they say they don't have to because they are a "local business". They called again yesterday, 2/26/2018, so, obviously neither the MO AG or FTC is doing anything about these intrusive calls, and J. Berg & Associates just thumb their collective nose at the law. Not a company I'd do business with, and I'm going to start telling everyone I can about them.
Both my wife and I enjoyed working with Diane F. over at J. Berg Associates because she took the time to explain Long Term Care options (there are tons) and we also discussed the looming Medicare choices we will have to make. Diane is kind, smart and listens well. We wound up purchasing a brand new LTC plan that's perfect for a husband / wife in their early 60's. We saved money from the other bids we received but most importantly we are very comfortable in dealing with a company like JBerg that has been selling insurance to seniors for years. LTC is not cheap so make sure you do your research and deal with a company that has experience in selling it. We looked for 2 years. We highly recommend J Berg Assoc.
As enjoyable as shopping insurance can be....I really enjoyed working with this insurance company in sorting out the different Medicare products. We were skillfully guided by Mr. Cheun and he considered our income and lifestyle ....rather than his! We recommend both Mr. Cheun and J Berg if you are making Medicare insurance selections. ST.
