Horrible service. Was told first come first serve, yet it has taken them 2 days just to look at my car even though it was dropped off before they were even open. On top of that the sarcasm and lack of respect i received was rediculouse

Dray and these guys took care of my needs and in my opinion went above and beyond. Im appreciative.

You can't find a more honest shop in the area. I've been here a couple of times, the first was when they adjusted my exhaust and the second was to chase down a sound from the front end (which they didn't charge me for).

Good quality work at a very fair price. And they are honest. They don't try to tell you something's wrong that isnt.

I took my car to this place 4 years ago on a recommendation from a close friend, and I have been coming back ever since. It's run by a guy named Mike and his sons. They always get me in and out quickly and always do their best to save me money. Five stars and two thumbs up to this establishment!

Great and caring team of people. I searched on internet for a technician near me, and came across "Muffler Man." I've read reviews and noticed how good they were. Due to that pleasant feedback and a kind technician in the phone, I made an appointment for myself. After speaking to a technician and them showing me the work they were doing, I felt like I was also being cared for, not just my car. They went above and beyond what they ought to on my behalf. True costumer service was received on my end. I really appreciate and value that. I will recommend this family operated business and will go back for future repair work on my vehicle just based on my experience today.

I called one morning and asked about having a car window looked at. The gentleman who answered said I could walk in and drop my car off without an appointment. Tried twice now to stop in and talk to someone about service for my vehicle. No one in the reception area both times. Second time I even called from my cell phone while standing in the waiting area. No answer when I called. I will definitely not be back.

My catalytic converter got separated from the exhaust pipe thanks to the rust that I got from NY state salt, that is used to fight the snow. Anyway I bought me a new catalytic converter from ebay and went to this place to see if they could install it, and these people told me that maybe they could, but then there was a problem and showed me that the part that is connected to the manifold was merged because of the rust, but then the guy told me that there was another way to be able to install the new one without having to buy more new parts and showed me how! (He helped me to save money) but he needed my permission to do it and I said "yes no problem" and they installed it. Honest people, fair prices, clean waiting room, plus restrooms. One more thing! they not only fix mufflers, they will fix anything that is wrong with your car. Go to this place you won't regret it.

I found fluid in my driveway under my truck so I dropped my truck off to have them check what was going on. I showed them pictures I'd taken so they'd have a pretty good idea..
While at the counter, still giving my story, a gentleman goes outside and inspects the area. "You're good man! No leak. Something must've spilled out of your toolbox and down onto the driveway. I saw the dried liquid on the bottom of your bed."

I appreciated their prompt professionalism. I immediately asked them if they did work on Cadillacs.
This is my 2nd Rd with then and they're consistently great to work with.

Called Apopka Complete Auto Repair with a flat tire about 10:30 AM. Brought my car in at 12:00 PM and I was on my way back to work in 5 minutes. Greg did this for free and was so accommodating. We live down the street and don't forget when neighbors help neighbors. Will be back and definitely recommend. Thank you for making my life a little easier!

Excellent mechanics and a friendly staff, muffler man was just as excited to see the new exhaust go on my car as i was. They switched out a full cbe with hfc in under 2 hours on my 370z. They also let me watch the build with no problem. Would go to them again with future mechanical needs.

They were very accommodating, easy to deal with and did awesome work.

Last month my check engine light came on and my car was riding crazy. I called about 4 the night before and they saw me first thing thr next day (with my 5 year old in tow) not only were they fast and had my car out the same day, they fixed it correctly and my car was smooth sailing. And didnt try to upsell me like other shops. 2 weeks later i popped in to have my oil changed, was out in less than half an hour! Seriously take your car to these guys. They are as honest as they come and really try and get you your car back! I cant say enough good things about these guys.

Great team, they care and will tell you honestly what you need or don't need and what can be held off. I personally feel they have honest prices. An oil change at Pep boys will cost $65-80!!!( who's pocketing that???) where at Apopka muffler man it's less than half. Another mechanic tried charging me 600$ for new front CV Axle and once again Apopka Muffler man was about Half of that price. They do wheels and tires, alignments, computer balance, engines, and all basic maintenance. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

I had gotten a flat tire and couldn't make it to any other place. I had been having a very bad day and I had my 2 young children with me. They had been really nice and switched the tire out for one that they were getting rid of and put it on my truck for FREE!!!!They were a blessing for me!!!! AMAZING!!!

This family owned repair shop does repairs the old fashioned straight forward way. I had an exhaust manifold issue. They put it on the lift and showed me the problem and offered a couple of solutions. I was fixed and gone 4 hours later. I will do business with them again.

Walked in without an appointment and my car was on the lift in 20 minutes despite a very busy shop. The manager or owner at the counter listened to what I had to say, and had a reasonably priced quote quickly. Job was completed fast and without any of the usual attempts to sell me other services. After paying and leaving i noticed a rattling sound. Turns out a third part which i did not replace had a baffle loose inside. They fixed it for free! Will be back again. Rare to find mix of good work, good prices and great customer service

Just like others have stated before me, Muffler Man at Piedmont Wekiva is simply the best place I have taken my vehicles. Very honest staff that always values keeping the customer satisfied, and I've always been pleasantly surprised by my bill. Simply the best!

This is the place to go if you're looking for an honest reputable place for tires, Mufflers, oil changes, minor repairs, Etc.

In spite of a broken exhaust flange by my muffler, I came across muffler man and was in desperate need of getting this issue fixed. I was a walk-in and even though they only take customers by appointment, despite a busy shop they were able to take my car and have it on the lift in under 5 minutes. Not even a half hour passed and they were able to weld in a new pipe for me and my issue was fixed. Greatly appreciated since I'm from Chicago and my mechanic is all the way back home. Definitely recommend Muffler Man. Thanks again for going above and beyond and helping me out!

These guys are awesome, honest and straight shooters, my muffler was cracked and I went to pep boys and they said they could not weld it but they referred me to Muffler Man, and I was very happy with their service. I do not work for them nor do I get paid to endorse their services. You will have a positive experience when you go there. They are upfront and honest.

I'm really finicky on who I pick to work my cars. With that being said I've been going to Muffler Man for over 8 years... and what ever I need done DRE and the crew look out for my car and our needs. Customer service is awesome and honest!

I got the best service I've ever had before by any company on more than one occasion being a repeat customer at this muffler man in Apopka. They go out of their way to be caring and helpful to their customers. I'm a single woman with health issues and they went out of their way to help me with my needs! The pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend you bring any type of car even exotic cars to this location. I have a rare Jaguar and I have a type of Toyota and they service both my cars with a smile and in a timely manner. WOW !! Dary, and Desera are the best ever!!

Good shop. I've only used them a handful of times in the last 15 years, but in a business where muffler shops tend to be shady, these guys seem to be legit.

As a car enthusiast and automotive aftermarket professional, I do most of the work on my cars myself, so when I go to a shop, it's rarely a fun experience. Most talk to me like I'm the average idiot. If I push my accolades, they resist harder.

This place has pretty much done exactly as I ask each time I've been there. Today, I went in and asked them to remove the resonator on my 2005 Volvo S60R because it was rubbing against the driveshaft, and instead of raising an eyebrow at me, they threw it up on the lift, took the resonator off and showed me the wear marks from the drive shaft. Repair was quick, legit, inexpensive and no leaks.

You can tell this place is owned by a car enthusiast because there are usually some nice cars parked there. Their mascot is a Ford GT. There was what looked like an old deuce there today and back in the day, one of the guys used to drive a powder blue 1950s Ford truck to work every day. Enthusiasts like working with fellow enthusiasts. When I get my Roush catback for my F150, they will most likely be the ones installing it.

Great staff . Had to bring in my wifes car and mine for breaks and mine also needed wheel bearing done. They finished both vehicles in under 3 hours. Highly recommend

All the gentleman here are extremely friendly and helpful. They give you accurate and honest information and will do everything to get you vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. Haven't had any problems the few times I've had to bring our older vehicles to the shop

I found this shop looking at google reviews and gave them a try after having several bad experiences in the area. I have now been coming here for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else. We have several used cars in the family and classic car. Danielle, Dray and their team are fair, honest, knowledgeable and hard working. I've always had the philosophy that if you treat your customers right then your business will grow. From the reviews I've read, the customers I speak with when I'm in the shop and the personal treatment I receive it's without a doubt they have that same philosophy.

1st let me say, I've NEVER been treated SO KINDLY from a mechanic shop in my life!!! 2nd I'm not from Florida, nor did I know them from Adam. I came here for a fresh start. but after just moving here. I bought a vehicle,from the Apopka, area & I trusted someone to be honest and the biggest lesson, I pass to you. In hopes to help another YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to have a vehicle checked out prior to purchase from a personal individual or from a buy here sell here. If they refuse, or make up any excuse. Just! DO NOT buy it. I don't care what story they say... You have the right as a human being to be safe, for not just yourself but those you love that maybe in the vehicle with you, and those around you on the road. Meaning it should be reliable... I only wish I had met them prior to signing the title. Dray, Daniel + Owner were completely HONEST. They went the extra mile, and I can all I can say is I wish more people were like this in this World not just in general but in this line of business. You want reliability, safety,& honesty. I have been going to this place for years and they have been so good to me. My whole family takes their cars here. They are even willing to drive you home if you are unable to wait for them to fix it.

A little more expensive than other places, but a real working company with guinue people who get the job done right.

These guys are honest and do a great job. I have had several instances where they have told me the work went easier than expected and passed that savings back to me when I would have not know any difference. They are here for the long run.

Went in for electrical issue, worried for my life and checkbook. It was something small and they charged me for something small. Totally trust these guys.

Apopka Muffler Man gained 2 loyal customers. I was calling around to get some quotes for some maintenance I needed done on my car. 1 place quoted me and said that my car had 2 belts that needed to be replaced so the cost was double. I called Muffler Man and spoke with Danny. He said his system was only showing my car had 1 belt to replace. He was able to give me clear quotes over the phone and they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday and had it all ready to go at 3 PM same day.

They did exactly what I asked them to do for the car and didn't try to scare me into any other services that needed to be done. We pretty much did everything that day. Car runs great, no issues.

We also had our other car serviced with them. That one had a ton of problems but Danny was upfront about what needed to be done and only did what we could afford at the time. I would definitely recommend them. They are honest, reliable, and do great work.

I first discovered this repair shop when I needed to have one of my coils replaced as an emergency fix. Dray Coggin took really good care of me and at a very affordable price. Because of the first positive experience, I went back when I had a problem with my muffler. Once again the problem was squared away in a quick, precise, and affordable manner. So far, all the services I have received have been satisfactory and the prices are always reasonable. Also, what I appreciate is that they are not too pushy about upselling a lot of extra services like some other repair shops are. Only what you need, that's what I like! It feels good to know that "I have a guy" to go to that I can trust.I recommend Muffler Man to anyone in the Apopka area that needs work done on their vehicle. Big thumbs up!

The best honest and stand by the work they do. Example my daughter called from FSU on a car they new well. They took the time to listen and they determined the shop up there was selling snake oil fix. Did not do it next time home small fix to care of everything.

I found this place because I had a warranty from when I lived on the other coast of Florida. There was two places suggested to me the first one I called and they were not answering. So I called this place they answered.They were very nice, very polite & got me in right away. Fixed the problem that was under warranty. I used them for some other mechanical things. I know enough about cars to know that there were several times they could have easily taken advantage of me, thinking I wouldn't know but they didn't. They have always been good, honest, kind, reasonable priced, quick and have always taken care of me and my vehicle. My only negative thing to say is said I wish they were open on Saturdays. I was just in there Friday, to have an oil change and we discussed the Saturday situation. I fully understand why they close on Saturdays and with my job, I'm able to work enough hours to be able to get off and get to see my mechanic. Brian and Dray are the two brothers that run it and you couldn't ask for better people. I very, very highly recommend them for anything to do with your automobiles. These 2 brothers are honest hard working professional mechanics every bit of their work is fair priced and guaranteed. Been sending all our vehicles here for almost 10 years now and I don t trust anyone else to do the work. Be warned though they are always busy.

These guys are the best!! I have a 1996 Nissan and I'm from up North so it's all rusty. And these guys fix it and have me up in running in no time at all. Great service, great attitudes, and great people. Will always take my car to them.

I received excellent, friendly service from the minute I walked in. Even though it looked busy they were able to not only look at it immediately but took it in and had it fixed in less than an hour. I was charged about a third to a fourth less than I thought it would cost and I'm so grateful to these guys for saving my car while I was passing through town on vacation. Thank you! My car sounds like a new car now, I never knew it could run this good. :)

It take forever to change the the parts for the car after a week sometime else went wrong I went back and they're telling me the car is rotten the car need to junk after I spend 700 to fix that part the week before

I was in a pinch on my way on a road trip with the family. Had battery problems, so looked on Google for nearby shops. This one had good reviews. They were quick to help. Charging system test revealed a bad battery. I was in and out fairly quickly.

Muffler man is the most reliable honest mechanic around. This guy's can do it all and at a price you can afford. I would recommend muffler man to any one who needs anything done to there vehicle. This is a family owned business with the tools and the know how of any corporate funded shop around. And their prices can't be beat.....thanks guys

These guys are good. Very reputable and trustworthy.

When I was hearing a weird whining noise coming from my belts once, I went to a different shop who wanted $1200 to basically change all the belts out, without even telling me what specifically was wrong. I then went to Dray and Danny at Muffler Man, who actually did a little investigation and even showed me that it was simply a worn out bearing. I ended up paying about 150 and was back on the road in less than an hour, free from the whining noise. These guys are awesome!!!

We've always had a good experience here and today was no exception. They were able to diagnose the problem and then replace the alternator same day just prior to closing. They went above and beyond to help, even though they easily could have told me to come back when they had more time. It's a holiday weekend , so I probably wouldn't have a working car for another few days if it weren't for them. I had my 2 little girls with me and they were getting a little antsy. They brought out some paper and markers for them to keep them occupied which really helped keep them entertained while we waited. I really appreciate everything they did for me to get my car working again and will keep using them in the future. Great customer service. Thanks again for all that you did!

The prices are very fair and they do not try to squeeze as much money out of us as possible like other bigger companies. They work very fast and do a great job as well. I own a small pool service company and have a handful of trucks to take care of. Mike the owner and his staff are great! They always make sure and have my trucks back to me in a timely manner. The prices just can't be beat for the service you will recieve. And let me tell you they do everything!
