I am bummed to not be able to give a 5 star review. We bought the 48" Barret Electric Fireplace from a local Menards in our city. The unit looks great in our home and my wife and I have been enjoying the atmosphere it helps provide our home. The only problem is that when we assembled it the heat never worked on it. I understand things happen and so I wasn't upset. The part that influenced me to give 3 stars and not 5 was the customer service experience was not the best while trying to figure out what to do with the heater that did not work. I would shop with GHP Group again though. Please take in mind that I am writing this review during the holidays so things are always crazy this time of year. Thank you for reading! Some time as past as I wrote the last piece. I just dropped my 3 star review down to 2. The replacement insert they sent me is way to big and now we are back at square one again and the problem is still not fixed. I am bummed about this product.
