أنا عندي تجربة مع MAMDA/MCMA وحبيت نشاركها معاكم.
بالنسبة لخدمة dépannage: راه عندهم واحد الشرط مهم بزاف خاصكم تعرفوه مزيان، وهو أن السيارة إلا فاتت 15 عام، الشركة ما كتجيش تسحبها ليك (حتى لو خلصتي التأمين).

ثاني حاجة، إلا كنت بعيد على مدينتك بأكثر من 50 كلم، فالأغلب كيعتابروها خارج التغطية أو كيتعاملو معاك بالقوانين اللي مكتوبة فالعقد.

المشكل هو بزاف الناس ما كيقراوش البنود ديال العقد (conditions générales)، وكيطيحو مفاجئين فاش يطلبو المساعدة.

نصيحتي:

ديما طالبو بالورقة الرسمية ديال شروط التأمين (conditions générales) قبل ما توقّعو.
