Horrible support, might as well be non existent. Trying to port out and NO ONE will respond to emails in support. You call the 888 number listed in the support portal, and it tells you to open a ticket online or by email. You open a ticket and get an auto responder with a ticket number and that's it. No followup. You do a chat session on the website or facebook and all they do is tell you to email support or call the 888 number which tells you to email support. One giant circle jerk with ZERO help. SO FRUSTRATED! I wouldn't even need support if they would just list the required information on your account page! (Account # and PIN)

Line2, if you're reading this, you can thank your employee "Brian C" for causing you to lose a customer today. I would give Line2 negative stars if I could. I was a loyal customer for years, but I am now leaving this disrespectful company and will instead use Skype. The customer service from Line2 is the most wildly unprofessional I have ever seen. I spent over 9 hours trying to get in contact with Line2 over a billing issue that I wanted to quickly resolve so that I could pay Line2 and resume using their service. After many calls and messages, I reached a polite man on the phone who tried his best to help me but couldn't. My many emails went unanswered, I often encountered bots who ignored me on the online chat system, and finally, "Brian C" said he would ban me from the online messaging system after I told him that the company was acting unprofessionally and that I would need to delete my account if they couldn't resolve the billing issue. My interaction with Brian was the final straw after many negative experiences over the years with this horrible company (and during the holiday season in a pandemic, how tactless). Congratulations, Brian, you have worsened your company's reputation.

This company has literally ZERO phone support for existing customers. I would never work with this business again. Their software hasn't been updated for years, you cannot talk to anyone and get help, it is literally the worst.

I have used Ring Central and Google Voice and neither compares to Line2. Internet Calling is still less reliable than old landline calling, but Line2 holds its own and is the best blend of features and cost.

I know exactly who's calling for work. It's easier for me to separate my calls and not worry about taking personal calls when I've got a business call coming in. Plus, I can use this app on my computer too, which is pretty great.

I am all about customer service, and the most important factor in starting and staying with any organization I work with. After trying several different second line apps I decided to go with Line2 based on being good technically(they all seem to have minor glitches) and having all the features I needed that fit my budget. I emailed customer service that I wanted to change my number to a toll free number. They promptly got back to me with the good news they could make the change and the great news they would give to me at no extra charge. I emailed back to make the change and within a few minutes I received a response that it was all set. A few days later I had a question about caller id and again I got an prompt reply with an exact solution. I did not receive any service or discount from Line2 for my review!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Line2 to anyone. Taking forever to resolve issues. Besides, no phone calls, no number available for support tech. You can only send your request through email just to reset password....(funny)!!! They let me hanging for days without connections. I'm cancelling my line and will demand refund.

I used this service for 18 months. It worked OK - BUT there is no customer support. When I moved 2 months after opening the account and updated the billing address on the credit card used to pay them they charged me twice. When I changed to a PayPal debit card they charged me twIce.

Recently I moved again. Tried to anticipate the move and changed the card info and again I was charged twice. Each time this happened I used a report to customer support which took weeks to get the charge refunded.

This last move resulted in the card issuer updating the zip code unexpectedly so there was a declined charge. Line2 immediately blocked access to the web interface making it impossible to update the card. I then got an email asking me to fax them the card information to reactivate the account. My fax services was Line2. Turning off the phone service when a charge does not clear is understandable, but blocking access to the web interface preventing card information update is stupid.

After 5 years of service this company had a complete and utter outage for more than 24 hours. My phone line went to a recording for 24 hours that said this number is out of service. I can no longer trust this company as there was no email or message before or after the outage. I had to find out from twitter there were technical issues, but a message was only posted 4 hours into the outage. I would not trust this company, further there has been no other message or email at this point and no one can be reached at their support numbers.

Absolutely horrible. Ticket support is useless, representatives are not reading replies and not resolving anything. Phone support is non-existant, as they are always too busy to answer the phone directing you to either call later, leave a message that is not replied fast enough (already waiting over a day for a call back) or, looping you to they useless ticket support.
Sales is also horrible, offering no help and providing wrong info.
The dashboard is very outdated in it's design and functionality and often freezes.

No phone support. Even email support is slow and fails to substantively address concerns with the service. Lacks intuitive steps and interface for simple phone and fax setup. Online instructions under FAQs is sparse to nonexistent. Ring central runs circles around this company.

I have used my line 2 number for yrs. I make all of my work calls on this line. I have only had a problem once or twice and support was quick to respond and correct the issue.
This def puts ring central to shame. Believe me...I make 150-300 calls a day and have no issues.

Ummm, no. I'm not sending a random phone company my personal passport so my employer can get new phones.
