This past week my cousin took her Forester to Gerald Subaru in Naperville for service. The service advisor was Collin Miranda. I was astonished at his excellent service. He took care of the situation with the car and took care of us. He provided a loaner car for us to use while her car was in for service, kept her updated throughout the afternoon as to the status of her car, provided a timeline for completion, and made sure we were comfortable when we returned. All of this with a smile on his face and a kind response to all of my cousin's questions. After observing your service today, my next car will definitely be a Subaru. I know my cousin loves hers and instead of taking it to her home town dealer for service, she drives 35 miles to Naperville expressly because of the service department and her trust of Collin.
