I really need help! I have made several attempts to get my glasses. i have call, left many voice mails, but no will return my calls. I had vision screen at the Ben MASSELL Clinic on October 28th. I really need my glasses, i was told that they was sent two timws and return. I have given several ways for them to get to me, but no one will get in touch with me. This very upsetting to me. When I called the office the persons who answered seem not interested in my problem, just give me another number, which I left another voice mail. No call back. This is February 7th.I am diabetic this effecting my eye sight.I have been getting help from ASHLEY from the Ben Massell clinic to help me, she have tried to get them to call, but still no one has.

What is their phone number??? What is their email address??? How do you contact customer service??? None of this information is on the website. I clicked the phone icon to call them and was not give all the digits to call them.

I would give them no stars if i could. I am blind in my right eye and close to it in my left eye. I applied months ago for cataract assistance. Took several calls for them to even return my call. Then Vicky asked me to call like 20 hospitals in all surrounding counties to see if they had indigent care. Like i hadnt already inquired all over the place. Her theory was they liked to get the pt involed. Im sorry isnt this a nonprofit that gets free monetary donations? When i said are you telling me the Lighthouse doesnt know the drs that offer help she said no. I find this hard to believe. I faxed them 22 pgs total for my application. Then they still asked for my tax retu r n. They knew i didnt file last yr cuz i only get social security. Only a tachical delay in my opinion. So mismanaged and the staff are condescending. At least in the surgery dept. Im going blind waiting on help. Other ppl are right on here. No one physically answers the phone either. I worked in medical for 40 yrs. Pretty shoddy business practices.

Wonderful assistance at the eye clinic here. If you are in financial need, fill out an application for eye glasses. They are very helpful.

A really good experience, my nephew's appointment was at 2:30 pm and we did have his appointment at that time, the guy who took care of my nephew told us that we have to follow some safety procedures (which we were happy to oblige) after that he was very polite and cortegous.

Very friendly staff members who carry professionalism to an all new level when it comes to treating all of your eye care needs.

I've been trying to call for months and no one ever answers the phone. I'm always sent to voicemail. I even emailed and no reply. All I need is my glasses prescription for contacts and new glasses. I no longer live in Georgia. Highly disappointed.

They are an awesome staff.Had no problem getting my glasses. Is a little bit of waiting involved in getting the glasses. But all well worth it.

They are a wonderful organization that does a lot of good for the community. Worth the wait. They do have a long waiting list.

The people are hard to reach and never reply my needs for another ear mold not right putting off the calls I need another mold due infection allergic to laxtex to my ears please call my hearing center in Trenton ga

Georgia Lions Lighthouse foundation is truely a blessing to me , i first learned about them through a clinic in my town , and every since ive experienced some life changing events with my vision i grow up with a condition call strabismis ( excuse me if i misspelled ) but it's weak nerves in that the eyes that causes one or both eyes to wonder uncontrollable very uncomfortable to read and look others straight in the eye,,,i could write a book about this but to sum it all up the light house foundation help me receive the surgery i needed to look everybody straight in the eye thx Lighthouse...

Very professional service here. Nice woman who helped me with getting my new eyeglasses. Friendly & courteous...I highly recommend.

They helped me when I needed it, Never turned me down or away I love the workers and the doctors for all they do for people's when they come .they are the best love y'all

I went to the GA Lighthouse for reapply hearing aids. Something that I need to get help my replace hearing aids was broken, but I can't afford to repair, too expensive

Great place. I go there and clean and sort eyeglasses then their ship out to third world countries and countries and fiber they can't afford the eyeglass.

The Georgia Lions house is a foundation to help people with low income and they have been such a blessing to me and my life I thank them for assisting you with my hearing aids as well as my classes and I thank God for them

Awesome visit. I was greeted when I walked in and was the second person to be fitted for my glasses. Thank You for everything.

It is going on four weeks now and I'm still waiting on the two pair of glasses I ordered and paid for up front. They insisted on mailing them.
I told them no. They acted like they were concerned about the drive. I told them if I buy glasses that it would be better for me to return to the place I bought them from instead of finding out a problem through the mail. This organization has a reputation for not returning calls or not being in the office during business hours.
The young man and woman who waited on me were less than professional. Just because a person is indigent doesn't mean they are any less intelligent. I think some training is needed here or a staff upgrade.

I needed glasses don't have insurance put in an application today for assistance nice friendly staff
