A great place to spend a day with family. Full of fun shopping, eating and entertainment areas.

Place is gorgeous but room needs more attention on cleanliness/cleanup

Generally good for those who like to gamble... Not currently nice for kids ad the outdoor theme park is still being developed...

Nothing much to elaborate. Popular well known city of entertainment and some say city of sin. Located on the getting hilltop, one hour drive from Kl. Come here for casino, food, shopping and endless entertainment. The unique selling point is the all year round cool weather. A blessing in this hot and humid tropical climate of Malaysia. A lot of tourists and locals during the weekends. Go weekdays to avoid the crowd. A new theme park about to open soon, disappointed that it's not going to be 20th century fox theme park due to a legal action by Disney that will probably take years to resolve.

Great place, new getaway destination for me now. Always chill and lively. Went for the cable ride after 6 pm and it was definitely smooth with less people

A goo time to spend 1-2 days with your family. Loads of attractions suitable to everyone's taste.

Comfort and spacious however its getting aged and deserved some renovation... Alternative/ better option is to go for themepark hotel / maxim, certainly it will be pricier but it worth it!

Totally amazed by the number of room (it's the largest hotel in the world), the Skytropolis amusement park, the huge mall, bowling alley and everything else the hotel has to offer. Definitely worth a stay. The view is a bliss too.

First world hotel -Do opt for rooms with mountain view..however for the amenities could at least add one channel for news..cnn bbc sky news etc..

Good place for a short trip/holiday. Hotel (one world) was clean but a little small. The casino was fun, not too crowded on a weekday so you don't have to wait for an empty space. There's quite a lot of indoor entertainment for children. Shopping was okay, but not a shoppers haven.

Try the cable car to go from the foothill to the top. You save time and it has some beautiful views.

Despite the delay in the opening of the theme park, the insides of the resort station have been done up with plenty of activities - like casinos, zip lining, thrill and fun rides, gaming zone, etc to keep an entire family busy for the whole day and more.

Plenty of eateries to cater to all tastes. It also houses the famous Lobster Burger place which tends to have long queues.

Please wear comfortable shoes as it's a huge place and one tends to walk a lot inside.

I was at the monte carlo and there was no drinks. Too much cigarette smoke in the atmosphere as well.

Truly a great hotel with the mini town and small rooms.

Great Hotel but too busy and sometimes checking in can take hours......

It was a nice place to rest and take a trip with friends and family.There was a huge theme park outdoor and indoor too.Come and stay few night is the best choice to you.

They have new attractions, skytropolis and more shopping options

Overall is a good leisure place and additional excitement with casino for gambler. But theme park still not opened yet.

It's a fun place to be during vacation. Despite the hot scorching sun, the cool breeze is enough to cool you off. Taking a stroll along the mall is enough to keep you busy for days.

In the entertainment district, Resorts World Genting - Resort Hotel is in an area with good shopping. Some of the area's popular attractions include Genting Highlands Theme Park and Genting Skyway. Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park and Happy Bee Farm & Insect World are also worth visiting.

Lovely experience, literally, your way above the clouds and you can look down to a spectacle of bewilderment and entertainment. I went here last year, and the only problem is the construction. There are construction sites scattered around the place which makes loud noises and interferes with your sleep. Other than that, this place is a go.

It was a pleasant 2 nights stay. The only disappointment was the bed choices. Only double single bed was offer which I always wanted bigger bed. Location wise is good and convenient.

Ita such a terrible day and night since we arrive here today ,everything been closed last minute. We called so many times to check about the activities open for weekdays, they said yes. But when you here nothing is available. Everything in website says open till 12am . At least change and do notice for the hotel or residence management team. There is no info at all.

Great place for a day trip or for overnight stay. Shopping, entertainment, movies, arcade games, indoor games for kids. Great views from cable car. Take 1 way from cable car at least

A nice n beautiful place to stay. Plenty of food to choose n the weather is good with natural coolness.

Theme park hotel is nice to stay but the noise from traffic can be heard and quite annoying

We stayed in the hotel for 2D1N. We loved this place. It has everything under one roof - resort, casino, food, shopping, and arcade! Our room was lavish and gave a nice view of the scenery. As much as there is fun and frenzy on the outside, the room was equally cosy and comfortable too!

Resort world genting fasility that I used was bus transportation. Very good enough. But need to raise the service which is the bus need to be on time. Because sometimes somebodies have planning full day activity.

Cleanliness of the room can be improved further, the shower curtain was moldy and no fun to be around you when you're taking a shower.
The room reak of cigarette smell and the tv was blurry and hardly visible.

A comfortable place to relax & have fun.
Always enjoy the moment to stay at First World and the moment of CASINO

I was given the room access card after the automated check in. However the card was not working and I was required to queue up at the reception for an hour!
