We booked package which includes genting highlands and Batu caves via klook app. It's better to Book via klook, they offer hotel pick up and drop.

I went there 3 years before ... good place for gambler . Nice place and very good accommodation .

Lose time there... Get stucked in an unfinished mall, with no exit, no attractions, nothing to do there, should back when construction will be ended... Big disapointment

New casino, new mall. The range of restaurants are amazing, including the Burger and Lobster chain from London.

Bit of a shame for non-smokers though, the casino air is putrid.

A gorgeous place which is impressive for its location. I think whoever made this has done a great job at creating a resort

It is a very good place to shop in, very nice to stay but there is quite a bit of people there. Slightly warmer than the outside but still bearable

Brand new shopping mall and indoor theme park almost complete.

Nice mall. Except the limited shop. However, factory outlet is just a cable car ride away.

Had a very good rest and indulging myself with all the good food.

One among the must visit place in Malaysia. The true place having all the facilities. Lots of entertainments. And food options.

Best place for having hot coffee outside in Malaysia :)

Still a fav place for lots of locals. Hopefully parking could be improved. There are lots of fantastic dine-ins to try out. For vegetarians/vegan there is Sri Pandai and Vege Express cafe. I hope more vegetarian friendly cafes can be added/existing vendors can add varieties with vegan/vegetarian options.

Best place to chill when you think malaysia is too hot you can go up there at night is quite cold and you can just buy a Starbucks and chill outside. There's also outlet and there's tons of food there

Hotel looks quite good. It is near the casino, so going there is easy. Basic ammenties are all present

Got shops all around, and near to other hotels and other facilities. Weather much colder than other parts of Malaysia.

Unique experience. Sky casino is available if you want casino experience.

Largest hotel in the world. The mid-range rooms are compact and even the bathrooms in the rooms are.

But the rooms are very comfortable. There are nice views from the hotel rooms. There is separate charge for hill-view rooms.

As crowed as usual. Very nice place to enjoy cold wheather in a hot climate country

It's 2nd and 3rd hand smoke everywhere especially near and in the casino.

Nothing great ...just the cable ride and Chinese temple were good ...other than that nothing exceptional ..

Convienent location as it is near alot of tourist destinations

The theme park is under construction as of Oct 2018. There are new mall inside the building.

Went there for a night drive for the cold weather. Food places closed by 10pm

Clean Room, Cozy environment, Spacious as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Genting has been totally reramped from its original look, I couldn't recognize the place after not visiting there for many years. They have many new outlets and it's a great shopping experience. Things are slightly more expensive though.

Stay tune for their indoor theme park and Century fox outdoor theme park (construction in progress)

In short, it's worth a visit!

Cooling environment , food here is good however a bit pricey overall still a good experience.

One of the oldest and biggest casino in Asia and yet also the lousiest in term of service. No way can compare to the one in Singapore.

feels like in the Vegas because lots of attraction place around. Some doves fly and land gracefully beautifying the atmosphere. One that makes me happy is this place good for groups and families.

Notes :
As a recommendation, it will be nice strolling around here when morning or night because it's not that cold at noon/evening.

New look.. A difft and good.. It is a mall.. All the branded items u get.. Very expensive food.. And kids rude hv not yet started.. .and rides r expensive.. ..it is beautiful place over all

Whatever you need in a room you can find it. A good place indeed!

The First World Hotel room I stayed has an empty area that is quite useless(no bed, could have been a room), toilet is ok but kinda small, was auto allocated a smoking floor, room was dark at night. Wasn't that satisfied with the overall.

Room ok. Convenient to get everything needed around the hotel

Sky avenue is nice, but it's a little confusing getting around the older side of genting and the newer developenen

Great shopping, indoor entertainments, cool weather.

Due to indoor theme park on construction some road are blocked.

My favourite place to go any day and any time . This resorts never sleep.
