Regarding the copay that I see other reviewers commenting on, it's just that, a copay. Almost any clinical service or diagnostic requires a copay, everyone has different copay plans depending upon their insurance benefits plan, and this is no different. Personalized medicine is clearly the path to best possible outcomes, and genetic testing does exactly that...it is customized just for your exact DNA...why would you want a one-size fits all approach to your physical, mental or emotional health, when you can have your very own customized plan?! And then the complimentary Clinical Consult with a highly specialized consultant that you get on top of your test results, is such a huge game changer. I highly recommend this tool, and am so happy with the information I received. It is helpful in so many areas, really informs my day-to-day, and offers some really great perspective...and the icing on the cake, is that you can apply these results for an entire lifetime of decision making.

This test has saved my quality of life!!! I have gone through countless types of anti depressants over the course of 6 years, and even with the best one, I still felt something wasn't right with my mental health. Quite literally out of options, I chose to go out on a wimb, and take this test. What's really cool about this test is they don't just test for antidepressants and antipsychotics, and say what medications would be best for your genes. They can also test for genetic mutations, and how that affects other chemicals in your body, and prescribe medication from that. Turns out I did have a genetic mutation that was slowing me down from converting B12, which affected my mood, anxiety, depression, etc. If it weren't for this test, I would still be tired all the time, having terrible mood swings, and deep in inescapable depression. If you're on the edge about getting this test done, do it. It is well worth the money!

Absolutely awful experience. Sent my husband a bill from collections 4 years after his test was done. This was a first bill we ever saw. Customer service repeatedly was unable to answer questions. We corrected our mailing address several times and it was never fixed in their system. When I called to make a payment, I had to repeat out payment info multiple times because they couldn't understand me.
