Absolutely awful experience. Sent my husband a bill from collections 4 years after his test was done. This was a first bill we ever saw. Customer service repeatedly was unable to answer questions. We corrected our mailing address several times and it was never fixed in their system. When I called to make a payment, I had to repeat out payment info multiple times because they couldn't understand me.
