This company is a joke. Have been with them for so long because was told it would be $250.00 to get out of contract. Now was told to email a letter an a 60 day notice. I did that now they are saying they never received my email until a month later. Oh yeah and still charging my account!

I would not recommend Nationwide Payments for your credit card processing payment company. While I have found their technical support staff friendly and as helpful as they can be, the organizational and managerial staff have produced a company with difficult, uncompetitive and sleight of hand contractual policies. I strongly suggest you hire a lawyer to explain their fine print policies and procedures before signing their contract. If you then agree with and understand the terms, then you may find them perfectly fine. I also had issues with their equipment, software and with the sales agent not being available and not particularity helpful. I am now with an up to date online mobile processor and am very happy with their services, their app and their rates. I should have made the switch years ago.

We have been using this business for several years and never had an issue. Recently, we have had an issue with some of the deposits going into our checking account. The issue has finally been resolved about 2 months later. We have yet to get our money from June deposited into our account. The company seems to be having issues lately and probably wouldn't recommend,. I will be looking for a differenct credit card merchant processor soon. It's been so frustrating and time consuming trying to resolve this issue!

Stay far away from these guys. Fees are high, there is absolutely no support for customers filing frivolous chargebacks for cancelled reservations, PCI compliance process is a joke...I'm literally looking at new reservation software companies as this is my only option for online payments and I really like their product.
