found salesman mike to be a dishonest person in my last truck lease, i am a return customer and have purchased three cars from baumann, be aware if mike at genoa chevy location tries to sell you a car they will not get any future buisness from me and i will spread the word about dishonest mike.

I have had my car serviced at Baumann since I first began driving. I recently began my search for a new car, so naturally they are the first dealership I went to. I scheduled a test drive and planned to buy the car after the test drive. My test drive was the day after I scheduled it remind you. That morning I wake up to a text message that they had sold the car I wanted and had a scheduled test drive with the day I called them about the car. I was furious. Clearly years of customer loyalty means nothing to them. They lost not just 1 but 4 long term customers.

We were travelling to Chicago on the Ohio Turnpike when the check engine light came on in our 2013 Equinox. We stopped at a service plaza and had Onstar run a check. They directed us to Baumann Chevrolet to have it fixed.

We arrived about an hour before closing and they were able to get our vehicle in immediately. They found the bad part and had a replacement in stock. The whole process took about 45 minutes and we were able to be back on the road.

The customer service from the service department was excellent and we appreciated that it allowed us to have minimal disruption to our trip.

I am an engineer for general motoros and I visited this dealer working with the service department. The service manager John was extremely helpful, the service technicians we're as well. If I were looking to buy a new car or even have service in mine, this dealership would be worth an extra drive for.

Baumann Chevrolet did a great job in servicing my vehicle. The service department was friendly and I was able to get in and out with no hassles.

The service people are very polite, the atmosphere is good also, not drab like most waiting areas. An people that came in for scheduled appointments for oil changes were taken right in. I had engine problems an was handled very well.

Well I had a good experience buying my truck at the Genoa store but I was told when I bought it that they had a second key and key fob for my truck turns out that they didn't and that I would have to buy one I have never heard buying a 30,000 Dollar truck and not getting a second key and everyone I have talked to said the same thing it's just crazy that a dealer ship would want to loose a customer over something like that just blows my mind so if they tell u that u will get something when u are signing the paperwork better make sure u get something in writing

When I asked to view multiple trucks and price options that's what I was given by my salesman Mike, he was not trying sell me a truck but trying to help me get the truck I need not settle on or up sell me.

Not only was the actual car buying experience with Nick Paul great, but the service guys afterward are amazing. I've never had a new car with all new 2016 technology. I had questions and they brought me in, checked out what I thought were issues and also took the time to teach me about my new car. Tyler, the service tech, actually took the time to go for a ride with me while I explained what I thought was a transmission problem. Bratche was informative and kind. He came to sit with me in the waiting area to help diagnose the problems with the car. Bratche and Tyler took the time to keep my personal information personal. I was very impressed, yet again, with the all around service you get at Baumann Chevy Genoa. Thanks guys!!!!

I had recently been in an accident and was in need of a new vehicle. We worked with Tom Novotney who did a great job listening to what we wanted and understanding what we could afford! Tom got us into a nice vehicle that was just what we needed. I am disappointed in the fact that I was told the vehicle had no owners manual and only one key fab AFTER I purchased the vehicle.

John was knowledgeable and personable and did a great job

Always looking for the best deal possible for me. Treated me with respect and honesty. Tony the sales manager also helped me at the Baumann Chevy Genoa this time while Brian was out of the office and was wonderful too. Definitely will buy the next from Baumann.

Went in to have a road rashed rim repaired or replaced. They worked it out looks good as new great service

Zero stars if possible! Ordered a truck February 4th and was promised delivery 6 weeks later. Granted the was a shutdown due to the Coronavirus, but salesman and manager kept saying it was done and on its way. Here it is the end of June and still no truck. Be careful if you buy there because they don't follow through on their promises!
