I have had my car serviced at Baumann since I first began driving. I recently began my search for a new car, so naturally they are the first dealership I went to. I scheduled a test drive and planned to buy the car after the test drive. My test drive was the day after I scheduled it remind you. That morning I wake up to a text message that they had sold the car I wanted and had a scheduled test drive with the day I called them about the car. I was furious. Clearly years of customer loyalty means nothing to them. They lost not just 1 but 4 long term customers.
