When my daughter decided to get her ears pierced, I knew I would take her here, (I d been years ago for a tattoo)! With the current Covid situation, I called and made an appointment. Clear instructions were emailed regarding our appointment, so it s really well organised and safe, during this uncertain time. So from the booking in, and to the the piercing itself it was a breeze! The lovely Nik was FAB! She talked to my daughter (who obviously had no idea what to expect), putting her at ease through the whole process. She absolutely loves her pierced ears - the pink studs were a winner! Great aftercare advice given (we love the healing oil)! Nearly 3 weeks on, they are healing beautifully. So from the both of us, THANK YOU.

Soooooo frustrating, I was recommend here for my daughters ear piercing, checked online, walk ins and on Saturdays, they weren't available, and not a sincere apology, I felt quite rude. I did also try to call twice but no answer.

Absolutely amazing service. After having a tattoo by Lissy last year, which was amazing. I reached out to the studio for a tattoo inspired by my engagement ring following the death of my partner last year. They recommend Holli and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Holli took the time to understand the meaning of the tattoo, asked loads of questions and designed just what I had in my head. Its perfect. The studio was clean but so much more welcoming then most studios I've seen. Everyone was lovely and Holli was great, she actually knew my partner and it was lovely talking about him whilst getting my new tattoo. Fab aftercare advice mean it's healed brilliantly. I'm already planning my next one, can't recommend these guys enough.
Fantastic artists at this studio. Really friendly atmosphere. Receptionist was a bit blunt and you have to pay cash as soon as you get there as aposed to all the other studios I've been to where you pay at the end.

Every member of staff from the girls on reception to the artists themselves cant do enough for you . The studio itself is such a relaxed yet professional area, and any nerves you may have will be put to rest straight away :) to sum up...this is by far the BEST studio around ! One of the best tattoo places in the county, after going to this tattoo shop I will not let anyone else tattoo me apart from them. The talent of artists in the shop is amazing. This place also provides affordable piercings with the lady who does them being one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. I really recommend this place due to quality, affordability and amazing customer service. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
I mean this as constructive criticism, maybe don't advertise that you have two piercers and that you can do piercings on a walk-in basis when there rarely seems to be a piercer there?
I appreciate that people need their days off, fair play, but I think that's the 5th time I've been turned away due to nobody being available! Surely if you had two piercers this shouldn't be the case?

A very professional tattoo studio with awesome artists (their work speaks for itself) and a chilled out and welcoming atmosphere.
Just had my calf done here by Hajasz and the whole experience from initial contact, consultation, the tattoo itself and aftercare advice was faultless.
All the staff are very polite and friendly. All messages and phone calls were polite and clear.
The consultation to discuss what I was having done with Hajasz was great. He used a tablet to take photos of my calf and super-imposed the design I wanted onto the photos of my calf, which worked really well. After settling on the final design I left really excited to get my tattoo done.
Fast forward a month or so and I'm really pleased with the tattoo itself and am confident that I have everything I need to look after it (advice and aftercare products which they sell too).
I would recommend this place to anyone and I am planning to get more work done here.

Just had my nose pierced here by Niki and it was one of the easiest piercings I ever had even though it was through scar tissue. Niki was lovely and kept me really calm as I was nervous and spoke me through the entire procedure which kept me so calm. Will never go to another place again! 10/10

Went to see Holli for a tiny (first) tattoo. Arrived on times but she was wasting her lunch so I had to wait around for about 15mins, which was a bit awkward but hey ho. When we finally got to getting my tattoo I told her how I wanted it and she kind of pushed a different position to me because everyone would see it upside down (it s not for others to see anyway). So I compromised and put it on it s side.
I love it now but I could have done without the pressure to change it. I d stop by again nonetheless.

My tattooist was Holli. She was fantastic. Very friendly lovely & helpful. Plenty of consultation before even visiting to ensure i got the tattoo i wanted. The quality of her work is nothing short of brilliant. I have around 30 odd inkings but the design Holli did for me surpasses the rest. The business as a whole is great, very friendly & welcoming. Highly recommended both Rising Phoenix but especially Holli.

So after a long time deliberating I finally made the call to get my tattoo and thank goodness I came here . The team are super friendly making the whole process easy and fun, which to a tattoo novice is a major plus as Its a tad daunting . The tattoo itself was done by PJ { he has some major Skills } Very relaxed atmosphere in the actual studio { which is spotlessly clean by the way } so all in all a great experience . I wanted to also mention the information given after the work regards aftercare was spot on . I followed their instructions to the letter using their products and the tattoo healed within 8 days - No peeling - no itching - no anything so a big thanks to Everyone { especially Nik and PJ } I would recommend anyone who is considering it to book up and be patient as its worth it - See you in April 2019 for Stage 2

After having many tattoos with Holli I would honestly not go to anyone else! She s so professional but also puts you at ease so you know you don t have to act like it doesn t hurt if it does. She s so professional and an amazing artist across all styles (she has her favourites obviously) and if the tattoo your after isn t her style she can recommend another artist that it is. Also the screens in the studio are great it means you can watch something once you ve finished having a chat with her (if that ever happens). All the staff at the studio from the artists to the reception staff are all super friendly and can help you with any questions you may have overall it s such a nice and clean studio which puts you at ease.
Such a warm and kind experience - took my nervous 12 year old to have her ears pierced, and Nik was so lovely to her. Made us feel like she had all the time in the world for my daughter to sit and just make sure she was ok before leaving, and chatted away to her, making her feel completely comforted throughout. My daughter is a fainter, but with the care given to her and a pretty pain-free process, she was absolutely fine and delighted with her newly pierced ears! Nik had been recommended from other school friends who'd had an excellent experience, and it was well worth the extra drive to choose her. Thank you xx

I first went to Rising Phoenix after doing research on where to go for a daith piercing.......The piercing has been great, Nic was so professional and the hygiene was exceptional, after care was excellent too.
I've since gone back for some tattoos, staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and the standard of hygiene is excellent.

The only tattoo shop I'll go to, have been to various in London and the south east but keep coming back to Rising Phoenix. Holli is absolutely bloody amazing (and the sweetest most wonderful person) and has done all of my tattoos in the last few years. Studio is exceptionally clean and staff are excellent. Shout out to Nic (owner/piercer) for my excellent dermal and aftercare even 6 months later.

Had a tattoo done here and was very excited, due to the meaning of my tattoo, but upset because of the flower where I didn t want an outline of the flower but I got one, and there s missing shading on the tattoo, just upset about it.
I ve only been to the reception(until next month ) and the new refurb is so beautiful!! I definitely recommend this studio to anyone 100%, i prefer here than anywhere else!! Also the artists are so nice and chill!!
