Well I had a good experience buying my truck at the Genoa store but I was told when I bought it that they had a second key and key fob for my truck turns out that they didn't and that I would have to buy one I have never heard buying a 30,000 Dollar truck and not getting a second key and everyone I have talked to said the same thing it's just crazy that a dealer ship would want to loose a customer over something like that just blows my mind so if they tell u that u will get something when u are signing the paperwork better make sure u get something in writing
