We were travelling to Chicago on the Ohio Turnpike when the check engine light came on in our 2013 Equinox. We stopped at a service plaza and had Onstar run a check. They directed us to Baumann Chevrolet to have it fixed.

We arrived about an hour before closing and they were able to get our vehicle in immediately. They found the bad part and had a replacement in stock. The whole process took about 45 minutes and we were able to be back on the road.

The customer service from the service department was excellent and we appreciated that it allowed us to have minimal disruption to our trip.
