Functional with great prices if nothing happens. in the event of a particular claim it is better to have legal protection, and by telephone the operators were totally disinterested. if you are looking for a relationship closer to the customer it is not the right insurance. for the moment saving and crossing my fingers ;-)

I have been insured with Genialloyd for a few years and I have always found myself well, lately it seems to me worse, to notice first of all the site that is constantly crashing I have tried different browsers with different devices and different types of connections but the result is the same, I had to redo the budget 4 times. Moreover, very long waiting times at the call center have never been the case in the past. The only positive note is the always kind and available call center staff.
