Absolute stunning hotel - social - great bar - perfect food

Clean, smells good, smiling staff and great service with a good view. Well located and easily accessable, intercontinental Dubai is on top of their game. Breakfast is above average, the rooms are spacious and the place is very welcoming.

Hotel very well placed on the walk, 5 minutes from the beach and tram station at its feet. Nice staff and little care. Valet parking with free underground parking. Pleasant and sunny pool a good part of the day. Worth 5 stars

This place is so beautiful and neat and clean. staff is also very polite and helpful.
Rooms are super. I stayed 3 days and i enjoyed alot there very beautiful views and very near to famous place jbr. Marina beach

Rooms need a bit of love and renovation. Staff are friendly though!

An excellent hotel, I recommend to many a solid five in everything. Reception
works quickly and efficiently. The breakfasts are excellent. The views from the hotel are superb The location of the hotel is excellent. We walked every evening along the embankment next to it. In general, we had a great rest. Thanks everyone.

Incredible service, we went to the webrunch and Joe ( who I understand is an intern ) was so helpful and kind. Really impressed with all aspects of his service, he was around any time we needed him and was so polite and accomodating. It was my friends birthday and he celebrated with us, he really gave us what we had come to expect from intercontinental hotels. Well done Joe, you made my friends birthday really special.

Good food and friendly staff. Good room good service

While the services at the Club lounge on the 39th floor were great, the staff at the breakfast buffet on the ground level were not very attentive to customers' needs. I walked up to a waiter to ask him to bring me a cup of coffee. Never happened. Went to get it myself from the coffee bar. At no point during my quick 15-minute lunch did any waiter or waitress ask if I needed anything. I left the restaurant thirsty and had to ask the reception for a bottle of water before we headed out to the desert for sand duning. Disappointed by the restaurant staff's sub-optimal service. I should add the restaurant was only 1/3 full!

An excellent hotel with modern design located in the Marina area. The hotel rooms are very well designed with luxury decoration and nice furniture, and very large. The view towards the Marina is spectacular and unique. The hotel is also within a walking distance from the JBR area, to enjoy many donning options and various entertainments. Absolutely this hotel is one of the best choices in Dubai for leisure or business stays.

The bed's matress is very unique and very comfortable for good sleep. Bathroom has a good size and shower area is nice and very well designed. Breakfast is also excellent with many selections and varieties.

Most importantly are the great helpful staff which they are caring to suit your needs without even asking them. Special thanks go to all staff, and particularly Mr. Farzan and Miss Deepika for their distinguished attention.

Rather mediocre.
I came from the Ritz Carlton DIFC and I should have stayed there. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the hotel is not as nice as at the Ritz Carlton, rooms rather average.
If I stayed in Dubai, then not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, overall I gave a 3.5 rating

Maybe I would to stay there again !

Pros:
1- The hotel's location is near to the JBR, the beach (10 minuets) and the tram station.
2- cleanliness

Negatives
1- the breakfast is not diversity.
2- I bought juice from the bar in pool, and I did not pay, because I thought I would pay it when I checked out, but I was surprised when they called me in the room again and again to pay the bill right away.

Excellent hotel, stayed in the one bedroom suite, fully enclosed kitchen, nice views from the balcony of the marina, comfortable bed.

Last time I am coming there is fish but now no fish

I came here for Brunch on Friday and it was fantastic. Great drinks,great food, great music. Book in advance as it does get sold out. Even got our faces painted with glitter. Then we had the after party in the Social Room which was great- only downside was that they could have done with stronger AC up there and the tickets for the non alcoholic brunch was almost as expensive as the alcoholic which I did not think was fair.

The most basic thing in any hotel they can not provide you with it which is ( Quite ). The noise from the ( construction site ) is disturbing even when I called for the booking no one from the hotel staff informed me about that . The noise is very loud and you can not even read a book or watch TV without hearing the noise from ( construction site ) . I hope they will inform the guest about that when they will make a booking , its completely a disappointed experince

Hotel location is very beautiful and suitable for tourists.. close to JBR

Was very disappointed with the quality of the service, the staff were somehow careless.
The interior finish is below average.
The room wasn't clean, sadly.

Went to the Mexican restaurant there. Over priced and the food was cold. Not impressed.

That hotel is really nice, highly recommended, food is good and feel like welcome every of my stay, i recommend!!

Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff.

Only down side was that one of the plugs in the room didn't work, I asked for this to be fixed and it never was. When I mentioned this at checkout they didn't really seem to care.
