After the third antibiotic was unsuccessful, my mother rejected the fourth. The answer was that the investigation would not be done. Was at the Biel Hospital Center today in an emergency. At the reception, my data was first recorded. My concerns / complaints were noted and thus came into the queue. I was then examined by a nursing assistant (blood pressure, fever, etc.). Then I was referred to the emergency practice, which is also in the house. I was called in French. Since I do not understand and speak French, I asked the doctor to speak in German, which is a matter of course. However, she did not understand me and took out the iPhone and asked her questions via Google translator, so that I EVER understood something. Unfortunately I only had negative experiences in this hospital. After an accident with a broken nose, open face, torn ligament, whiplash, knocked out teeth, etc. they wanted to send me home and I should come back for the needle operation in a few days. Refused to go home. All my hair and everything was covered in blood. No one helped me with the shower. My mother had to look after me. The torn ligament was not treated at all, so I still have problems with my ankle today. Unfortunately not the only negative experience. Had torn the meniscus and could no longer put weight on the leg, i.e. had walking sticks. My family doctor reported it to the hospital center. After 1 week I called, the answer was, it's not an emergency, private and semi-private patients are operated on first. Went to the family doctor again and told him to find a doctor who would operate on me immediately. Two days later I had an appointment at the Aarberg Hospital for a meeting and another two days later for the operation. After 8 weeks I received a letter from the Biel Hospital Center for a discussion and examination. I called and said, had already been operated on in another hospital, because they prefer private and semi-private patients and I don't feel like sitting at home with pain and walking sticks for weeks and the accident insurance was also not happy about their statement. I was just snapped at by the nurse in the hospital, the health insurance only pays not even saying what it would cost in pills! I only took the blood thinner 2 to 3 times after that, at my own risk! Service radiology mediocre ... I arrived for an examination, the radiologist did not even greet me, bilingual city he spoke only German and made no effort for me to understand. I was hospitalized at this property two years ago due to a heart attack.
I must say that everything went very well, they practically saved my life and everything was done with extreme professionalism.
In December of this year I returned for thyroid cancer, even in this case until now I have received full assistance.
I recently had a talk with the surgeons who will operate in January and they and the staff were very kind and well prepared.
So I face this with extreme confidence and most assuredly will do their best.

Had to play translator for an English patient who was in the same room because the doctor in charge never spoke English.
Since my operation I have had to swallow pain medication (the operation was in March) after 3 more visits and even more pain medication, you could see the lack of interest on the part of the doctor.

I had to wait about 6 hours even though I had atam problem.
Whenever I ask or request something, I only get an agrassife answer.
Honesty was zero.
The doctor was the only dear woman and was very respectful and nice.
Then I went away and went to the Inselspital.
I really won't go there anymore.

Absolute disaster! It starts with the parking facilities that were fully used on both visits to the hospital. The hospital is in very bad condition! There are probably some hospitals in third world countries around worlds in better condition. Neither a chair nor any other seating for visiting the room. It is a shame that prices like those in other hospitals can be charged for your stay! But yes, we all pay that with our health insurance premiums. Was in the general ward for 3 days and was woken up regularly at 6 a.m. The nursing director thought it necessary to shout "Good morning together" and leave the lights on just to give medication to an elderly lady. Was treated here about 10 times inpatient, 2 of them in the case of aborted home birth / birth.
I was always treated very well by friendly, courteous nurses and doctors / midwives.

This hospital is falling by the day! You spend hours for a blood test and you hardly bother when you call the nurses. Really I was super disappointed all three times I came in this month of March. It is true that in 2007 and 2012 I had my two children in this hospital.

Go to BERN ISLAND if possible.
Emergency: Expensive and pretty useless. Waste of time. The not so young, friendly assistant doctor initially did not know how to operate the ultrasound device. Diagnosis: none - Therapy: none. The consultation of the specialist during the week was planned anyway. This immediately to me concerning the emergency hospital center Biel "Useless, time-consuming and expensive". His simple therapy took off immediately.
The nice communication with patient advisor Antonio Lanzarone humorous with "Dissatisfied in - dissatisfied out" but unproductive for the non-medical practitioner with the delivery of the invoice. Where is the reference to reality with phrases like, quotation, will quality continue to be upheld? With an average rating of an unsatisfactory 2.9, the Biel Hospital Center is far below that of the other Bernese regional hospitals. Somehow understandable. Especially the emergency cuts off badly. Better to go straight to the INSEL Bern.

I would like to express my deepest thanks. To the doctors midwives, nursing staff and ALL other employees. They ALL looked after me very kindly. Their positive attitude and their understanding gave me a lot of strength. I was always looked after in a friendly manner and felt in good hands. My son Kai was born as a premature baby. It was always decided and acted correctly. I and my husband were well involved and always fully informed. The staff is not only well trained in medicine, but also human. My initial worries and fears were taken seriously and with a lot of time and patience I was able to learn how to deal with the situation and gained confidence. Thanks Lg Anja
