Terry Katz & Associates, P.C. Review

I ve been with with this firm for years and have never had any issues with anyone there. The comment below is completely ridiculous and this person has no idea how much they do for their clients. Jessica the receptionist there knows exactly who I am when I call and she answers questions for me when the paralegal is held up on another line. She s absolutely magnificent and I d be upset if she lost her job because a horrible human being decided they had a bad day and need to ruin it for others. It s a shame for you Ms. Rod to leave such a disgusting review about people you have no idea how much they actually do. This firm is amazing don t let this miserable person stop you from calling them because they are absolutely amazing. This business is probably better off without you.

Jessica that answers the phone is RUDE and should not be working there. 1st time I called here I was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one came to the phone. Called back next day same girl Jessica puts me on hold 7 min comes to phone I tell her I called yesterday , was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone she tells me she took my name and number and left it for the paralegal. That was a lie I ask her what is my number, what number did I give you yesterday...she says I didn't get your number. I say I know you didn't because you left me on hold and never came back to the phone. She needs to get fired. A receptionist is the voice of the company, if you are going to be rude you shouldn't be in a job dealing with the public. Just lost my business.

My experience with the firm of Terry Katz and Associates proved to be a very rewarding experience. My specific case was for the receipt of SSI benefits.

After having been denied my initial request for SS benefits, I contacted the firm of Terry Katz and Associates in the hopes of reinforcing my appeal.
